I highly recommend having anything body work for your car done at Luke's. They communicated with me well throughout the process and did a great job. They made the process very easy and went out of their way to to make sure everything was taken care of. Hopefully I won't have any body work done in the future but if I do I know where I will go.

If anyone has a problem with there vehicle Luke’s auto body shop is the place to go to, in South Omaha. His team is outstanding with awesome customer service. Luke and his team are very professional courteous understanding and compassionate. I run my own business so when I dropped my vehicle off I had no way to pick it up. Luke went out of his way to pick me up so I can go get my car. They did an outstanding job on the side mirror and the window. I will be taking my vehicle back to get a dent fixed in the door. Thank you so much Luke auto body shop you guys are outstanding.

Terrible. Tow truck took my moms car to the wrong auto body (Luke’s), Luke’s auto body did not notify my mom till 10 days after. My mom had to pay $650 just to take the car out of the parking lot. I do not understand the great reviews… It could be because my mom does not speak English very well, they saw an opportunity to take advantage and ran with it. Luckily, we now know what a family business truly means now. Oh, and on top of that they wanted to charge my mother $9,000 to fix her car. What a scam of a place, definitely not “great prices” or “quick/fast service.”

Took my Subaru to Luke's to have the hail repairs done on it. Didn't trust going to those fly in fly out tents. Luke's did an amazing job. Worked with our insurance. Very friendly staff. We will be taking my daughter's jeep there also. Thank you!!

He agreed to work on my car. Knew that the deductible check was on the way from insurance company. 4 days later car is still sitting there untouched and emailed my insurance adjuster to have my car removed because he's not going to fix it. Had the the car towed to Offutt Collision Repair and they started working on it ASAP. Do not use Lukes Auto Body. I was a repeat customer and was treated like this.
