Everyone at the Lux Collision Center was very kind and great to work with! My advisor, Lisa was able to connect with the insurance claims team to get the inspection for my car scheduled quickly. She provided additional info like towing services and the rental car center's phone number. She also kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I recommend Lux Collision Center to my friends and family. My son took his vehicle there as well. Lisa provided the same service and experience! 5 out of 5 stars!

I had to get a bumper and a upper grill piece here not only did they hook it up at a great price but they also color matched it at a great price, as well as sending me the parts numbers in order to order all the small pieces myself to save a good buck, def recommend this place if you need body work done, quick and reliable.

Lisa, Gabriel, Gabby, Fern were all amazing and got the job done immediately fast. THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING, this was the best auto body shop I have ever been too. Other auto body shops will lie and try to overcharge you and tell to fix things you do not need fixing. But lux were honest and the prices are a STEALLLL. If you want to get an outstanding, efficient, excellent, and honest job. Come to LUX!!!!!!

Bring your business here, I promise it will be worth it. The owner is an honest and kind person. His team is wonderful. I got into a bad car accident in October 2023 and got my car towed here. Lux Collision communicated with me regularly while my car was in their care for over a month due to car part shipping delays. Now, we’re in May 2024 and my car had a sensor issue and Lux Collision quickly repaired my car without hesitation. I will be referring co-workers and friends to Lux Collision. I really like what they stand for and if I ever find myself having issues with my car/in another accident, I will definitely come to Lux Collision again. They take care of their customers. Highly recommend this collision center if you ever find yourself needing to repair your vehicle after an accident. They worked with my insurance (Allstate) and fixed my vehicle back to new. I have a 2023 Ram 1500 that was damaged as a result of an accident. Lisa and the team took care of me and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Lisa was very helpful ! She helped me through the process of getting my car fixed. Before I took it to the shop it looked TERRIBLE , and when I took it out of the shop it looked BRAND NEW. They did a great job fixing my cars previous damages. I would 100% recommend bringing your car here, won’t be disappointed ❤️

Moderate front end damage to my 2020 Explorer. Repaired quickly and looks just like new. They worked easily with my insurance and all done in timely manner. Lisa in the front office was awesome. Answered all my questions and was quick to respond. Would definitely use them again

Sub par work! They missed replacing a piece that was ripped, The bumper was not aligned properly when returned to me, they had clips that were broken on install of the new bumper, clips that were missing completely and, never replaced the mud flaps that were on backorder. The bumper would squeak while driving even after taking it back and having the missing and broken clips replaced.
