Horrible service, I went for oil change, he will not give price on phone and asked me to come and let him inspect my car. After cabin filter and engine filter inspection he came up with a 2k or more bill. When I decided not to do service with him he threw bolts in my cabin filter area which started to make horrible noise. When I went back right after making u turn he was combative and abusive. Avoid this shop at all cost. He is not only bad at service but can endanger your life. Unethical and dishonest.

Reasonable price, he replaced brakes, oil change and cabine filter on my car, no noise, everything works fine, I would recommend this guy as a mechanic, nice guy, great job!

Luxe's Hormoz is a great guy and my husband and I have been in here several times with respect to our car tires or the battery. Every single time he was willing to help us out even when he had another customer. He's one of those guys whose service makes life in this community special. This is one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had. Each time I went I had a major emergency on the road and I was met with professionalism, attention to detail, and prudent future advice. He always gave me the fastest most cost-effective solution and also recommended good ways of saving money in the future. I even told my parents that he is like the pitstop guy at the F1 car races because each time I went it my issue was something that suddenly happened on the road and he was able to fix it so fast and charge so little that I was able to get back to my business very quickly without having to take any type of losses from car problems. I was able to save money on towing each time because I live around the Saratoga/Cupertino area and the car problem started happening near by. He is located in a very good area and near 85 and 280. He is in a convenient location for me and I will always keep using this service. I give him 5 starts for mechanic service, 5 stars for efficiency, and 5 starts for cost of service and parts. Also, the price has always been extremely good. I recommended him to my parents and friends who are very frugal. -Sumanth

Got my engine oil changed after the 140k mileage. Hormoz was a gem and also checked my air and cabin filters. He also gave me a free inspection and let me know about my car suspensions needing replacement to maintain stability when driving over 65mph. Support local biz and BIPOC owned!

Honest and fair auto shop! Replace valve cover, spark plugs, ignition coil, air filters, and oil change for a fair price and on schedule. Car runs great afterward. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for 9AM. Said online they were open at 8AM, thought it would be nice to get ahead of my work schedule and come by at 8:30AM. No one was here yet, but that’s fine because we said 9. Well, 9AM came and went, still nobody. The man forgot about the appointment. I called, no one picked up, and left a message to say never mind. Time is valuable these days, that’s why I initially chose an appointment shop rather than a drop-in shop. But at least with a drop in, I know right away if it will be a long wait or not.

A good honest mechanic is hard to find. I have had several issues with my son's cars recently. This shop properly diagnosed an issue that another shop had badly misdiagnosed. (recommended engine replacement for "blown head gasket" turned out to be a stuck thermostat and bad fan switch). I would recommend this shop.

This place try to cheat my elderly uncle who didn’t speak English. Telling him he needed to replace all four tires even when the front two were brand new. I got a second opinion from America’s Tires and they confirmed that only two needed to be replace.

Quick, reliable and friendly! I usually get an estimate for the required work but I was in a hurry and dropped the car and gamble letting him decide what needs to be done and for how much. He was very professional and reasonable on the required services and the cost. I am definitely going back! I am new to the area and I can say I found my reliable mechanic for my car maintenance needs.
