My front bumper was partially dislodged from a minor accident. I walked in without an appointment and they put it back in place right away for the cost of a tip essentially. An honest and professional business, will definitely be back for any auto body work in the future.

Fantastic service. The owner clearly explained how the damage can be managed (minimum work needed to solve a problem as opposed to upselling me with additional work/labor like other places), and the result was swiftly executed. I am extremely satisfied with how everything came out, and plan on giving them additional business in the future.

I’m the kind of person who cries when I hit a pothole and then I clipped a wall in my parking garage. I went to five different shops and got five different estimates. When I went to Nelson and his team, they were kind, willing to work with me and interested in finding the best solution. Other shops saw me as just their next paycheck, Luxury Custom Garage didn’t. They delivered exactly what they promised, happy I came here and I would come here again!

Nelson, Benito, and the other staff was so nice and accommodating. They took care of everything from having the adjuster come out and take pictures of my vehicle, giving me updates on the repairs, and most of all their timelines. This auto body shop is no joke. They fixed my car in 9 days. You would’ve thought that I’ve never been in an accident the way they repaired my car. The pictures speak for themselves. My baby looks brand spanking new and they even took the liberty to clean my car. I highly recommend that you get your car fixed here for sure!!!!
