This is the worst place.To not go here, they tried putting 5w20 in a car.That is a 2004 Dodge interrupted with a 190000 miles.They try getting me without changing my oil filter.And they didn't have my oil.They charge me for mobile one oil and went to the dollar store for my oil the worst place

Do not take your car here if you care about it. I took my truck here for an oil change which takes 6qt of 5w30, but all they have in stock was 5w20 and that’s all they had from what I saw, so I got out of the truck to ask them if they had my oil and filter and they seemed uneasy and started looking around. They eventually got a 5qt bottle of Mobil 1 that looked like it was already opened and poured it in but didn’t have a 1qt bottle so they went out to go buy one and came back with a bottle that looked completely different and seemed to have mixed different oils. I paid $90 for this oil change and I didn’t even get the oil filter replaced. As a mechanic, I would not recommend going here. Take your car to places with good reputation such as valvoline or Goodyear for oil changes.

Stay away from these scammers very unintelligent people, they were saying my oil filter was changed but nothing was changed I complained but he still kept charging me . World is filling with this kind of people . It’s better to do it yourself ! Your car will not last long if it gets serviced like this .

Always been quick and fair. NOT TODAY. Told me Oil Change was $85. High, but reasonable. Get done, runs card for $95. 🤷. Said u quoted $85. Said I must have misunderstood. When I told him, definitely not. He said, they put an extra quart in, thus $95. So did I misunderstand or did u job me?? He asked if I was calling him a liar. I said. Yes. And a crook. Lost a customer. Dumb for $10

I have never changed the oil for $90, this is crazy. They never tell you the price before the oil change, I used to change it for $70 and car wash included. Can you imagine that? This is ridiculous, never come back again. Guys, I don’t recommend you this place to take their services

Went to them for a oil change , and the whole week my car was leaking oil found out they didn’t tighten my oil filter all the way and they put a REAL CHEAP filter on it

Charged $70 for an oil change…..I have a 2004 civic…..I probably would have been better off just pouring cooking oil into my engine and calling it a day.

I have gotten gypped off ( ripped off) by many mechanics but so far LUZ INSTANT OIL CHANGE has been true to their name. They are quick and provide good service. They are honest about what your car needs and they never try to sell me on anything, only what I ask of them.

I went to do oil changes there. I saw someone under the car, I didn’t really care. I drove to them with full gas tank, after they done I drove two minutes with the car. My car didn’t had no gas mann, they took the gas. It was empty. I had no leak no nothing. This is crazy.

I have been coming here quite often since 2020 and Luz always does a fabulous job. I have a Toyota Prius, and they take very good care of my car. I am so happy that they have expanded their services. At first, they only did oil changes. I used to have to get car serviced elsewhere. But now, they do all kinds of things like inspections and brakes. It’s definitely a one stop shop and very inexpensive!

They are robbing customers. I bought my own oil and filter and asked them to change it they wanted to charge me $40 just to change the oil. I asked them over and over i am using my own oil & filter they were like yea we charge $40 if ur using ur own oil. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
