Ok where do I start. Nice lady and friendly that works the front. I don’t have anything bad to say about her. But the husband, he definitely became sour after I said I was going to install the water pump myself after he identified that it was that issue. No offense on him not doing the work but he wanted to charge $1300 for a replacement, that has to be out of the world. Sheesh. And then he had the audacity to say my battery was bad. No its a year old. You left my car on all night without killing the power. I told them I found the water pump and gasket online Honda OEM website, directly for $480 out the door. YouTube showed me exactly how to get there. 5 bolt. Bam. 1-2 hour fix. They wanted to charge me for a new battery, I took the car immediately to autozone after I picked it up from them and of course paid their diagnostic charge of $130. And autozone said my battery was good. Long story short because I could probably keep going but now I’m tired of typing this. DO NOT GO TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR MORE THAN WHAT THE ISSUE IS. Oh let me add I had the codes pulled already prior to me taking it to them so I already knew the issue just wanted to make sure it was the water pump. Anyways shame on them for not being completely honest.

Support local business owners like these guys, super friendly and transparent. Answered all of my questions and did not mind me calling up to check in! They warranty your replaced components and they even ended up replacing a motor mount for me for free! Will be back for some more work on my older Lexus!

We have been using them for my 2013 Lexus for several years. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Much more affordable than the dealerships. Highly recommend them.

fantastic honest people. I went to the Toyota dealership found out what was wrong and then went to these guys. They charged me 30% less for the exact same service and labor.

My wife and I have a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox with a 2.4 engine that was throwing cam positions sensor code. I replaced the sensor and after 30 or so miles it threw that code once again. So we decided to drop off the car at lxtoy to see what the problem was. They diagnosed the problem, which was spot on by the way, gave us a price which we felt to be very fare and reasonable for the timming chain and sprocket, seals and the serpentine belt. Job well done! From this point on any work we need to have done on our vehicle's lxtoy will be my first choice. Thank you! David M PS, job well done!

I have been a customer at LXTOY for at least 4 years. You would think I should have written a review. I should have, I have never had an issue with their services - it perfect just the way I would have received it at a Lexus dealership - which was where I loved to go…. The courtesy and personal connection at LXTOY has not been matched in my 13 years of being a Lexus vehicle owner.

I was lost in a world of auto repair names and numbers ...I chose to do the top to bottom of the list and I called and was informed that they would give me a call back with the estimate sometime later that day.... Around lunchtime, I was very pleased with the clear and precise way that the Secretary took care of my time and inquiry With the limited information I had to give, I Received my 1st estimate for the major repair and although I had to refuse the services,I will continue to checkout their prices when I need a car Doctor 😷.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Came after service engine light came on my Highlander. They diagnosed the problem and educated me on my options in regards to a warranty replacement. Diagnostic fee is reasonable and excellent customer service as well.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I just got my car back from LxToy and I could not be more pleased. I took my 2007 Lexus in there and Jose was extremely knowledgeable on this vehicle and the specifics that go into a hybrid. I am always nervous taking such an old vehicle into get repairs due to the low value the car holds to start with. When I took my car in, I told Jose I just want to get the car running again. He told me what was wrong, gave me the price it would cost to fix it, and did just that. When I checked out, he gave me a few other things that might go wrong in the future, but he did not push me to get those at this time and recommended I just drive the car for a while and if there are more issues, then bring it in at that time. Every other place I have taken my car, they try and push you to do 100 different things just to make more money. LxToy did not do that at all. I would recommend everyone go here, especially those who want a specialist on hybrid vehicles (which not all shops know that technology).

Dropped off my 2015 Lexus Es350 for a 4 wheel strut change and this place was welcoming and they performed just as they said they would. Talked to the owners and they great people. Cant say enough great things for this place. Definitely a keeper for my Lexus. Thank you!!!

Gave them a lot of business for awhile, then the old man let life make him bitter and combative. He then tells his lying receptionist to ban me. What a fall from grace for this shop. Unless you're a JDM driver, avoid this place. Find better customer service elsewhere.

I had a full tune up on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma. Spark plugs, cv axle boot replacements, needle bearing swap, every fluid changed and they did an extremely professional job. The owner has been a Toyota and Lexus master tech for over 30 years. They are honest people and are very fair with their estimates. I will be taking my truck here for life.

I took my Toyota Camry to replace the wheel hub, both brake pads and wheel bearings. Jose was able to find me high quality parts with a discount. Cannot recommend this place enough if you drive a Toyota, Lexus, or Scion.
