They have the greatest and friendliest staff working there I called them because I had issues with my tires more than once and they were always kind to me and didn't even charge me to just check on them I did purchase extra spare tire from them at a fair price and I will be purchasing wheels from them also and tires this spring. The nicest group of people I would recommend anyone to go there. They are professionals and know exactly what they are doing. Thank you so much the great experience

Really, $125 for an alignment and no chart to show me it's been been aligned? All the other alignment shops in town provide this. These guys are way behind the times. I suggest next time you have your truck lifted here tell them to skip the alignment & take it somewhere else to have it done. They don't tell you they're going to charge you $20 for a credit card fee. Who else is ripping customers off with a credit card fee? Nobody that I've seen. After they ran my credit card I noticed the fee and they said 'didn't you see the sign on the wall?' I said no, I didn't read every single sign and advertisement in your establishment before paying because I shouldn't have to, so how about warning us instead of pulling a fast one?

Walked in planning to buy wheels and tires but couldn't in good conscious give a place thousands of dollars when they made me feel so unwelcome and had no desire to help. They have a good selection, but I'll find somewhere else to go.

Hoy 21 de Octubre 2024 visite la tienda de llantas porque quería comprar un juego de rines para mi camioneta , cuando llegue me atendieron súper mal no me quisieron mostrar los rines ni me asesoraron en cuál comprar para mi camioneta note un Racismo Total en mi persona me sentí prácticamente mal por no darme la atención adecuada y me tuve que ir de la tienda sin nada desmoralizado prácticamente

So awesome - they fixed an irritating issue for me that three other “professionals” never addressed. I truly appreciate not being ripped off, and I am very grateful to have been treated like an intelligent person and not some crazy lady that knows nothing. They’ve definitely earned my repeat business, will 100% recommend!

Hands down the best crew in town!! From the guys in the front to the guys in the back. All of them were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had my wheels & tires dropped off to them first thing on a Saturday, and they had them done for me the same day!! Appreciate you guys!!

Just got some fresh tread at Lyle's, and I have to say, their customer service is among the best I've ever experienced at a tire shop. They got me right in, and within 30 minutes, I had four new tires and was back out washing. The efficiency and professionalism at Lyle's are truly impressive. Great job, Lyle's! Talked to Lee on the phone. He was professional and helpful, and he had more knowledge than anyone at any other tire store I called. I do not need tires just yet, but when I do I will be spending my money here because of Lee's customer service, and because I believe the people at Lyle's know what they are doing.

Every time I try to give these folks business they act like your bothering them and they don't want your business very intimidating atmosphere it feels like your walking into a motorcycle club that excludes negros I'm done with this place

Great customer service! Did a great job mounting and balancing my tires. I was worried about the rims getting scratched, or dinged and they cam back to me in perfect shape.

I was a repeat customer… Called this shop to buy a used tire and made sure they had the correct size in stock before sending in my wife to have one of her tires replaced. Later that day my wife had told me they just repaired it instead of replacing it. I was a little frustrated they didn’t tell me or her that they decided to repair it before doing the work, especially since I didn’t want it repaired but rather replaced. Unfortunately, the next morning we woke up and her same tire was flat, again. I took a closer look and saw they missed one of the two nails that was in the tire. Because she had to get to work and we live 30 minutes away, we were forced to buy a tire elsewhere. I called Lyle’s Tires back to see if they would take care of a customer and not charge us for the faulty repair (that wasn’t asked for to begin with). I was immediately treated with disrespect and a lack of consideration for my circumstances. The guy on the phone was quick to blame us for picking up another nail in the tire, after the repair. He refused to acknowledge that they could have made a mistake and then got agitated with me while trying to defend his business, acting like it is impossible for them to make a mistake. I get that you might have a process that is usually successful but it’s important to acknowledge that sometimes it isn’t. Showing a little sympathy and concern for your customers is always appreciated as well. I would not recommend Lyle’s Tires, at all, if if you want someone who cares about their customers and treats them with respect

Customer service when I first went there was trash, I went there to get a rim welded and they dished out my tire to some random lady without thinking to call me until after the fact, I don't even know how that happens

Didn't bother doing business with them after my visit to the showroom. Disrespect and bad attitudes seem to be standard operating procedure. Either you better know exactly what you want, or have way more patience than I have. Won't go back, won't recommend.

When me and my dad went to go get some tools the techs inside were disrespectful and when I was asking questions condescended me and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. When we purchased the tool I was certain it was the wrong one and the cashier gaslit us into the purchase and when I asked about return policies after the fact (My mistake) the same guy refused a refund even though HE sold us the wrong tool. Not friendly with female technicians and not a place I would recomend. It was a 35 dollar socket we didn't even use
