This was my first time using this shop. I showed up at 8:00 a.m. which is their opening time, with a bad tire leak and they took care of it right away. The gentleman working are professional and courteous. As of now Im very satisfied with the work and will recommend them to family and friends.

Came to this shop to fix 2 leaks. They were quick to take both wheels of the truck, but after 45 min off waiting, I went inside to check on the progress. They completely ruined my rims. For whatever reason, they put my rim on the machine incorrectly. While I was checking other rim, owner told me that he was not able to safely remove the valve stem so they schrachad that one too. They put two big scratches on the second one, and I was told my rim is not worth more than 200$( rim is 600$ at time of this review). They spilled balancing beads all over the floor. When I confronted the owner, he showed me a hidden sign behind the door, that they are not responsible for any damages done, which is ridiculous they should be able to remove the tire without any damage, after that I was told to leave the shop, at that point I still had a flat tire in the front. I was able to fix it using some plugs I had in my truck. At that point police showed up, and the owner let me use his air hose so I was able to leave. ITS NOT A TIRE SHOP THEY ARE BUTCHERS. Don't go there if you drive anything nice.

This is the second time I’ve used their services. I was once again shocked at their super speedy service and unbelievable affordable prices. I had two punctures in one of my tires, and they applied two patches in about 20 minutes and charged me far less than I anticipated. Highly recommend!!

This team knows tires. They have a large amount of inventory on-site, so they probably have what you need today. They're very fast and professional. I know I'll keep going back.

Called them today at 3:20 before closing, for tire mounting and balancing they said come before 4 because they were closing soon, when i went there at 3:50 after driving 14-15 miles, they said they can’t take me, i am their regular costumer i always get my tire service done from there was not expecting that kind of costumer service, because i went from Schaumburg, if i was 5 mins I would’ve understood that they are busy.

The best tire service I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. After struggling to get a tow on the side of I-94 as well as trying to find a tire shop open and willing to work (with a compatible tire) into the evening on a Saturday, this tire shop came through perfectly. A real gem in the rough. Super friendly over the phone, confirming that they had a low profile tire (and a well-rated brand name, new tire at that) that fit my rim. Extremely fast service - they were working on my car within minutes of being dropped off by the tow truck. We were back on the road in around 30 minutes. Convenient hours, at least for my personal emergency need.. open till 8pm on a Saturday and it didn't feel as though they were going to turn away business until the minute they closed, unlike other tire shops. After all of their amazing service came the time to pay, to which I was expecting a hefty bill for the convenience and service I'd just received. However, the price was beyond reasonable - I'd say it was downright cheap. I'd been pricing tires for eventual replacement and the tire and service here was significantly less than the same tire cost at big name tire shops. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing experience! Had a tire issue and stopped at pep boys first who told me it was a 2 week wait. So, I had to find another location. Found this place on google Maps, and within 5 mins of arriving, they diagnosed and gave me honest options. 15 mins later, we are out and problem solved. Wish more business like this existed.

Been here twice now, once to get a nail out of a tire and once to get new tires. Both times the service was very fast and the people working here are very friendly. I just got the tires today (10/17) so we'll see what the quality is like but if they're solid I will be coming back in the future.

Bring thousands of dollars worth of clients here and people along with my cars and these guys are just straight cheap! Never want to look out for their people who sends them so much business. Charging a Toyota the price of a new tire for a used one. Save ur time and money and go somewhere else man. Omar Belleza in general. Cheap!!!!

I bought 2 uses tires and in my opinion, it is overpriced. It doesn't even have enough thread on them to last for a month. I just need it asap to get through my next paycheck.

Multiple tire shops told me they would not be able to get my lug nuts off without breaking the bearings. These guys got them off in less than 30 minutes! Super friendly, affordable service by experienced professionals! I’ll always come back here in the future!

Went in with a nail in my tire and they replaced my tire with a slightly used one with a lot of tread left for the same price as a patch. Was in and out within 10 min. Explained what was wrong and checked tread on other tires as well. Very nice and good people.

10,000 mile update, I am very happy with the service and the tires. You get a free tire rotation at 10,000 . These folks stand by the work and have excellent warranties. Very professional, I appreciate them taking care of me

Friendly and fast, they found 2 nails a big brand tire shop didnt find after i still had a slow leak, was plugged and changed in less than 20 minutes and back on the road! Will be returning
