I recently visited a chain auto repair place for an oil change and was given a long list of work my car 'needed'. Well, I was skeptical and a friend recommended I visit M&C Auto. I am glad I did! The folks at M&C inspected my vehicle and told me I didn't need to complete any repairs. They let me know I should consider new brakes in a couple months, but that my car was in good shape. I was thankful to get an honest assessment and I'll go back in a couple months for those brakes.

These guys are awesome!!! They really helped me when my car took a giant crap on me while I was driving. I was able to get it to the closet shop I was around and I'm so thankful it was this one. They were honest, prompt and kept me in the loop the whole time.

Amazing service! My car has been un-drivable since early July and stuck at another auto repair that was giving me horrible service. I towed it to this place this morning only a few minutes after they opened and I am now able to drive my car again today with no issues. The customer service and service to my car were excellent and me along with my family and friends will be recommending this place for car repair for a long time.

If I could give 1000 stars I would. I was in Albuquerque to visit my father and my car wouldn't start. They told me it was the fuel pump, which was under a recall, and I have a receipt from a dealer that they replaced that part. Cliff went out of his way to work with the dealerships, but they were uncooperative. Knowing that I was travelling, he got me back on the road that day, and gave me the part to take back to the dealership that was supposed to have handled this. They jumped through hoops on a Friday to get the car done and Chi even came and picked me up after 6pm to get my car. Honest, Fair, Timely, Communicative and Exemplary Customer Service. Highly Recommend

Not even meeting them face to face and i knew these guys care. The woman Chi was so friendly when i first spoke to her and right away I felt comfortable. I was expecting to not get my car for about 4 days and they called me the morning after it was towed and told me all my work was done. Not to mention the most reasonably priced out of about 7 mechanics i contacted. Thank you so much M and C for make my life easier!!!

A co worker referred me to them and while they were not close to home for me, they absolutely were kind, honest and straightforward! As a woman I feel like when take my car in they see a dumb young woman that they can charge extra. I got quoted for the same work with a chain/big name place and they were going to charge me more than double. I was informed by a staff member that most of their clients are women who have been taken advantage of by other auto shops and I appreciated them being so straightforward and honest & kind during the entire process. M&C Automotive took care of those issues for a fraction of the cost after doing a free diagnostic on my car. They do everything and it’s the only place I will take my car from now on!! Cannot recommend enough!! Will definitely be back!

I had several problems that needed fixing, but my stick shift won't always go into reverse, so I needed parking that I could drive out of in a forward gear. M&C has that parking, and is close to where I live, which is what brought me here. But the place gets five stars for more than the parking. Everyone there was very pleasant and courteous, which isn't always the case these days. Moreover, in addition to doing the work that I requested, they were able - without any extra charge! - to get the vehicle to go into reverse, at least for a while (I've not yet tried to put it into reverse, so we'll see how that works). It wouldn't have bothered me at all if they'd charged me for the extra work on the gears - after all, it's only fair that they receive pay for what they do - but it's not on the bill, just the parts and labor for what they did. The next time I need mechanic work, I'll go to M&C.

Great place! Cliff is such a great guy, very knowledgeable and does his best to save you money. Honest, helpful and if they can't fix it or know someone who can do it cheaper, they send you there. Most definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with M&C today. They were able to run a diagnostic on my car so quickly from me calling them up in a panic. Found out what the real problem has been! This is the first place where I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of when getting estimates for work that needed to be done. Things were explained clearly and even shown to me. I will absolutely be back.

Cliff and his team are amazing!! They got two of my vehicles diagnosed and repaired SAME day. There were NO surprise costs, or additional repairs and charges were more then fair!! This is where I will be taking my vehicles from now on!!!

Most honest mechanic I’ve seen in a long time. He didn’t try to overcharge me because I am a woman. He explains everything in detail before he starts working. Clifford is friendly, very knowledgeable and inexpensive. Clifford’s shop definitely is the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. If I could rate him higher than 5 star I definitely would.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. They even came out to the store I was at to help me get my car started. They have free diagnostics, stand behind their work, and are extremely trustworthy people They are taking care of my 84’ Cutlass Supreme like a dream. I couldn’t have dreamed up better mechanics to take care of it. They specialize in fixing up classic cars!! I was so worried about my car and any potential problems it had, but M&C Automotive’s services have put my mind at ease. Excellent service, wonderful people, extremely fair prices. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me and my baby(my Cutlass). So down to earth, helpful, wonderful people. My experience as a woman has been excellent here. This was a very positive experience. Auto repairs are never fun, but this shop rocks. The mechanic was quick and honest, plus the owner was friendly. They even waited a few minutes past closing so I could get home from work.
