Jim and company are the the best in the business. I would have made a $2000 mistake by not bringing my truck to him. I went to another place because of my work schedule and they completely had the part wrong. Jim found the real problem which was a vacuum pump. Truck runs great and will continue to bring my vehicle to him.

My 2002 SL500 received a much needed tune- up; upon picking up the car I immediately experienced a car that one could barely feel the engine running. The SL is once again nimble and quick like it was when I bought it new. Casey was the technician that completed the work—that’s the “Casey Touch” and I am tremendously pleased with both quality of workmanship and price!

Don't take your MB anywhere else!! Jim was more helpful than any mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Honest, down to earth and more than helpful. Had a DEF issue with a MB Sprinter RV and he gave me the inforation and fixes I needed to get back on the road in less than expected time at a fair rate. Will be going back because, well, I own a MB!

Consistently Professional and Affordable Maintaining a 10+ year old Mercedes Benz is challenging, especially on the wallet. I have been using M Complete for years and let me tell you that Jim, Mike and the whole M Complete crew are just outstanding. These folks are not product pushers, they are honest and will tell you exactly what your vehicle needs and it is up to you if you wish to fix the issues or not. Trustworthy is an understatement for these guys, they are the best in town for your Mercedes needs and quite frankly I drive right past Wesley Chapel Mercedes which is 5 minutes from my home to take my cars to these guys. If you have a Mercedes Benz this is a decent place to take it to. Jim is great and they're fair with their pricing. Took my 16' GLC 300 into the shop due to the check engine light being on & I ended up having a bad purge valve a long with other minor issues Jim & his team caught. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because I called twice as well as left a message to make an appointment for another issue that came up (nothing they did wrong) & I didn't receive a call back, but other than that they do good work.
