Was visiting from out of town and they replaced a broken belt on my car quickly and for a fair price. Got me back on the road when everywhere else either didn't want to deal with it or had week long waits. Thanks guys!

I did not like the fact that there is only one person working there and when i called i was told that i could be seen that day and was told that i would have to come back the next day and leave my truck for a week with him.

I wish I had researched these guys before I brought my car there. I was referred to them by another mechanic because I had a rough idle and check engine light problem. My dealership wanted to charge me an absurd amount of money to replace an ungrounded wire, and few mechanics will work on electrical mechanical issues. So I went there. After the first visit (and Bob's assurance that he 'fixed it and cleared the codes and it was purring like a kitten') I picked up my car. Not even 24 hours later the problem came back with the light on again. I took it back to him again to 'fix', and again within 24 hours it came back. I took it back again...for a total of 5 TIMES AND $850 IN 'REPAIRS'!!!!!!!! The last time I refused to pay him because I didn't even get down the street and the problem started again. Bob argued with me on the phone telling me that I had a 'problem car' and he's 'been fixing the problems that other mechanics have done to my car, and now we're back to the original problem.' He insisted that my last mechanic removed an important fuse. I kept explaining to him that that's not true because I have stood next to him the 3 times he worked on my car. Bob's response? To interrupt me, talk over me and ignore what I was saying (which he really likes to do). I suggested possible solutions to him that other owners of my make and model vehicle have been trying to eliminate the same kind of problems (rough idle & losing power on acceleration caused by possible bad IAS sensor, etc.)- and he lost it at that! He started yelling at me that I don't know what I'm talking about and he has over 26 years of experience and if I were sick, would I research my problem on the internet then tell my doctor what was wrong with me? Well actually...YEAH! Of course I would!!! Doesn't everybody??? He started telling me that it's probably my fuel pump (an expensive fix, of course). These idiots have no idea what they're doing and they're solution is to charge you out the a** for labor and then tell you that you have a problem vehicle! Do you yourself a favor and don't get involved with these guys- they'll rob you blind! Oh, and they have a sign that says A+ BBB rating- what a lie!!!
