Took my car into M&G body Shop for an estimate. Linda and Melissa at the front desk were very friendly and put me right at ease. Charlie not only gave me an estimate that I was very happy with, but took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. Work was done quickly, car looked GREAT and price was actually lower than what was quoted. When i picked the car up, Charlie went over everything that had been done and told me to call him if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend M&G Body Shop and will definitely use again if ever needed. Too bad I can only give 5 stars... they are all about the customer

Genuinely helpful people. I had so many questions about the process of getting my vehicle back to the way it was before the accident and they took the time to answer them all. I had an issue afterwards with the power lift gate where it wouldn't close all the time when using the fob or button so I took it in and 15 minutes later they had it adjusted and it works perfectly again. Can't say enough good things about my experience. If you want your vehicle back to OE condition, bring it to this shop.

M&G did out standing work & was very thorough. I took my car in to get an estimate and they did everything with the insurance company for me. There was no hassle and my car was done when they told me it would be. They are very easy to work with also. Would never take my car anyplace else.

Top tier service. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. My car and my wife’s car were done here to perfection. Charlie is a perfectionist and your car will be done the right way. I wouldn’t recommend no other shop but this one. Great job.

I felt compelled to share my highly satisfactory experience with M&G Body Shop just to say Thank You.I had a minor fender bender and needed my rear bumper replaced. I set up an appointment for a consultation and showed up promptly on time. I did not wait long before I was greeted by Charlie. He was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He told me exactly what he needed to do and what to expect. The process went according to plan without any problems. In the end, Charlie took care of me, and I would highly recommend M & G Body Shop to my family, friends, and everyone else.

Great place to have your car repaired.Charlie new owner has over 30 years in Body shop experience with Honda and former owner stayed on to work for Charlie. Great people, Charlie bends over backwards for his customers. Body shop and car dealership just can’t get what they want in a timely manner to fix vehicles. You’ll not find a better body shop in Cincinnati, has 6 body shop employees, beautiful facilities, paint shop etc. They have fixed two of my vehicles, my brother-in-law, my niece. Voted in top ten in Cincinnati ohio. Can’t say enough about my experience’s. Jim Mitchell

I recently moved to Fairfield, Ohio. For years I had used a body shop in Dayton, Ohio. I decided to give M&G a try. Upon going to the center I was greeted by the owner. Owner was kind, friendly, polite and respectful. I received my estimate, which was hundreds less than an estimate I had received in Dayton, Ohio. I have scheduled my car to be repaired. If repairs are similar to the customer service I received today, then I'm sure I'll be writing another 5 star review in the near future.

I unfortunately know nothing of what they can or can’t do. Dropped off my Kia Sorento on Match 17th. Only updates were when I called or stopped by, finally had to go pickup my car on June 12th to see that the trim was installed terribly, keys were not programmed to vehicle, passenger window glass left inside the door and a driver side suspension issue that I mentioned to both them and the ins. adjuster was never really addressed. Was told that another trim piece had been ordered to replace the bad job that had been done. I was also told that if I was to go by Kia to have the keys programmed that I should contact them to let them know since they “have not had time to take it to the dealership” and so I made an appointment and here we go with no communication again. Called 5 times, no calls answered, and left 3 messages with no return communication at all. I’m glad to hear that many of you got wonderful service but for my situation this has been far less than satisfactory work or communication. Not good when dealing with the anxiety of not having your vehicle and being your first time dealing with a company.

Linda is always a joy to deal with. Unfortunately we have gone here way too many times but I wouldn't trust my vehicles anyone else, a simple scratch, a squirrel chewing on my truck, to a $19k crash, they always get me taken care of quickly.

Honestly very disappointed. I reached out and they said to stop in anytime for a quote which was great. I stopped in. They helped me right away by taking notes and photos of my car. Told me they would get back to me by end of next day. After 5 days of nothing, I called and left a message incase they couldn't read my writing on my form or something. No response. Called 3 more times within 2 weeks and nothing again. No answer, no return call. I had someone I know reach out to them and they said she would call me. Still nothing. So after over a month of waiting I am very disappointed. This company was a referral from colleagues and not far from home, so I thought they were perfect. But lack of communication leaves me with frustration and scheduling with another company.

SUV damaged by vandalism. Some unidentified person keyed the entire side of my SUV. M and g prepared estimate very quickly and worked with my insurance company to get it done very quickly. They were very professional and speedy.(btw I didn't need very many parts). Special thank you to Linda and Darrell. Pickup was great, car cleaned and beautiful. Paint job was fantastic. My wife thinks she got a new SUV. T

I backed into another vehicle which was in the process of backing into me, and sustained a surprising amount of damage to my back panel/bumper. M&G was recommended to me as a business that is honest and takes care of their customers...and they were amazing from start to finish. Kind, professional, and the work was absolutely perfect. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and if I ever need another repair, I now know where to go!
