Chip and Dell have taken very good care of me and my family for over twenty years now. They've talked me out of almost as much business as I've given them! Honest, honest, good people. I have recommended them to friends, co-workers, everyone really; and all have been impressed with them. Thanks, guys! I would give ya six stars if I could!

They have very kind customer service, and i wish i could say great things! But they have had my car for over 4 weeks and when we called to check in, they had forgotten the problem in the first place. I think they let themselves take on too many cars and can’t keep up.

They did a great job in my brakes! They even backed my car into a parking spot so I could pull out forward instead of having to back out onto Kingston pike.

I have no doubt in my mind that these fellas are some of, if not, THE best in town. My truck needed some brake/rotor work and I was quoted over $1000 at another place. I knew that was far fetched so I called this place and they got it in and fixed the issue for $150. Cannot recommend them enough. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought a battery from O'Reilly, who told me they were unable to install it due to "insurance issues." I called M&M House-Brakes & Mufflers and they installed it for me and did charge me a dime. I'm so grateful to them for helping me out. They made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend them as an honest and hardworking mechanic for all your auto needs!

I can't say enough of good things about this business! I have never had to return my car to fix a problem a second time. The first repair always represents quality work. Highly recommend! Awesome service, honest, and affordable. Within 15 minutes they had fully diagnosed my squeaky brakes. Said it was good pads on a worn rotor and that as long as I was fine with the noise, I didn't need anything immediately! I went ahead and got new rotors (they did NOT push this on me). Service came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty! Great people!

This company is fair, honest, and reasonably priced. After getting an unreasonable quote from the Toyota dealership for simple break repairs, I took my vehicle to this establishment for a second opinion. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and told me that my breaks did not need any repairs at this time. I highly recommend this buisness.

I called M&M and spoke with Chip to schedule a time to drop off my Truck off for a brake job. They were waiting on me and took it right in. I received a call telling me what I needed and didn't need, to save me money. Wow!!! upfront pricing, honest people. great communication and work. I would highly recommend them and also received a warranty on the work. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again to all the people at M&M.

I was told I needed brakes on my car by a dealership and they were honest with me at M& M and told me I had another 8,000 miles before I needed brakes....one word, honesty. I will return to M&M for service on my car.

These gentlemen will treat you right. I've been taking my cars to this shop for nine years. They do a lot more than just muffler and brake work - they can get about any job done for a fair price. I highly recommend M&M for anything you may need.

I have no idea how good these folks are at cars. I called a week in advance to make an appointment. They agreed to a time. I took vacation from work to go to the appointment; upon arriving, they said they were too busy to honor it. I wouldn't go here if you don't have time to spare; I wasted a half day for nothing. Not living up to commitments is a bad way to run a business in my opinion.
