Very poor customer service and communication. The owner has a nasty attitude very rude towards customers. I called to ask for a quote on a used tires he bitched at me because I said pick n pull has better price. Used tires at pick n pull are $33 better than their sun damaged tires at $65.

Always there to help. We have referred 4 or 5 friends there who have also been pleased. Update. It has been difficult to get anyone to answer the phones. I also sent my daughter to get her brakes done and it want done correctly. The brakes line is broken so she can't drive until it gets fixed correctly.

Beware: I brought my own tires for mounting and balancing and they didn’t even replace the valves, which is industry standard practice when replacing new tires. Plus, they scratched my wheels. For what they charge, over (100 bucks) just go to Discount tire and let the professionals do it right. These guys are amateurs charging professional prices. Stay away.

HORRIBLE PLACE. Called this place today and they estimated $70 for alignment. When I came there, it was $100. Horrible communication. Waited 40min and heard a loud boom after seeing my car driven up on ramp. Running up to them I said stop and they backed out and said they couldn’t get it on because it’s low. After seeing that they scratched my front bumper, I told them about it and they called the manager, since non of the workers speak English, only the manager. The manager said it wasn’t done here, that I scratched it somewhere else. They then said they will call the cops and told me to leave. They damaged and then lied. This business is very unfair and needs to pay for what they have done. Don’t come here.

Totally unsafe they have one entrance and exit off a busy road, and it’s always blocked. I parked my car where I was asked too then Was asked to move my car 4 times so he could help people that came after me. Horrible communication bad service I’d give them no stars if I could!

If you had a bad experience, probably, was you!!.I got honest prices for my winter tire change +I had a tire inspection for free by Jose very professional, and not just him .Costumer service on point, communication is amazing. Be kind to the staff or just don't come.They work hard.

Nice doesn’t get the work done good. Broke my brake fluid knob on my caliper and made it seem like it was my fault and instructed us to buy a new caliper cause they broke it . Ridiculously Poor service . Tried to give a run around with customer as if they didn’t know anything about cars. Poor establishment. Work on your communication. I paid money to get it fix, not for you to break something
