I've been using M&R for years. I moved out of the area for a while and just recently moved back around. This will be the place I use from now on. From the very first time I went into their old location (about 30 years ago), I have found that they are honest and do great work. It shows a lot about a place when you move back 18 years later, and the same employees are still there! Very friendly, honest, and accommodating. It's something you don't find very often in the automotive industry! I love this place!

My whole family has been using M&R for as long as I can remember! They have always been super friendly and try to accommodate your schedule with their easy key drop off. Every time they have fixed something on any of the cars I've owned it has stayed fixed and not once have I needed to bring anything back to be fixed a second time. They are always a quick repair as well! They will also inspect ANY used car for you before you buy it to make sure you are getting a functioning car without any major surprises. Great shop! TL;DR: Quick, reliable repair. Friendly employees!

Took care of us, and made us feel at ease, while we struggled with difficult car issues. ALWAYS get a used car inspect before you buy, and M&R will look at it free before you buy.

Love the people and service. 12 years strong! Honest and accomodating. Still holding strong! I don't mind calls from Sarah. She always gives it to me straight. Tim knows what he's good at and what he can't do. He works around my hectic schedule, so always ask for options. Best in Baltimore!!
