I would recommend M&T to anyone family friends or strangers they are THE BEST ever the customer service is AMAZINGLY GREAT they keep you updated and they always ask before they fix anything to make sure you’re able to afford it!!! Best service. Friendly and professional. Was able to communicate with me over the phone, book in as soon as possible, and order parts online. They did a massive job on the car and the quality of the work was great. They are now my new mechanic and I couldn't recommend them enough :)

This shop was such a huge help to me. I was in town visiting family when my car stopped cranking the day before I was supposed to head home. I eventually ended up hearing about M&T and gave them a call. After explaining my situation, they agreed to do a same-day inspection to give me an idea of the scale of the fix. It turned out to be a larger job, but that knowledge allowed me to make the call to book a rental and get back home while they finished the job. They were very easy to communicate with and made a rough situation more manageable. If I was still living in Memphis, I would absolutely take my cars back here.

Everything I would try to get them to work on my van they would always say we can't look at it till next week and next week never came...I can just feel that they think their better than someone but hey that's okay cause people like this are going to hell

Highly recommended! They were totally honest with me about my vehicle. They told me I did not need the expensive repairs I thought I did. They could have told me otherwise to get my money but they were honest. Where do you hear that these days? Please patronize this business!!!
