I took my car in to get rotors and brake pads replaced they replaced my rotors. They sold me bad parts and when I heard grinding noises I took them back in to check em out. They told me to my face they were in good shape. The next day (today) I took em to my normal mechanic and he shows me really shitty brake brake pad quality. They don’t accept outside parts so be concerned when getting things fixed by this company.

Folks are just honest and reasonable about ur car. They referred me to another shop that has more experience in the specific issue my car has. And playing with the shop dog was a pleasure

Absolutely amazing group of people and dogs over there. Super down to earth and very honest technicians. I’d rate them 6 if I could, if I ever win the lottery I’ll pay for everyone there to ball out on the snap on truck!!

Beware of unscrupulous practices! I took my car here a few months ago, and the mechanic failed to show up until over 2 hours later. I know this because he came out to tell me that it was his fault that he was late. I didn't think anything of this, but 2 more hours latery car was finally finished. When I got my car all my stored data was erased, so no previous or stored destinations. I called and the receptionist stated that's how they reset the service light when they do oil changes, but when I told her it's just a button in the glove box she insisted that is their practice of resetting it. The owner was meh about it as well, but I just lost over 10 years worth of stored destinations with only so much as a well there's nothing we can do now attitude. Fast forward to today, and now I find out that they didn't even do the oil change because there was absolutely no oil on the dip stick, and there is NO oil leak. So it can't even be said that it all leaked out. I will never go here again since this could have caused serious damage to my vehicle because some mechanic was humiliated by having to tell me he was late for work and that's why my vehicle didn't get serviced and inspected. I just wonder if my light that was supposedly burnt out and replaced was really burnt out. This unscrupulous behavior should be a warning for those who need their car fixed properly! Your organization should be very ashamed for this behavior!

I was on the way to an office meeting and caught a flat on the highway but right place right time! I was able to exit Chippenham on the Hull St exit and make it to this shop on a flat. They greeted me and got right on it. They didn’t have my BMW tire size but they gave me my options. They were able to order a new tire and get it put on in less than 3 1/2 hours for a great price. I got a ride to my meeting and by the time I got back it was almost done. Great customer service very professional and very friendly.

Not an honest and trustworthy place. They are all about money for a non profit church sponsor shop. If you don't go to their church you will get over priced. Their website is false, they care about money not people, typical fake Christians and owner is a fake preacher.

Called and they told me to bring it right in, but I couldn't, so dropped it overnight. Had it ready by 10 am that morning. Explained exactly what needed done on a cool print out. Didn't try to tell me a ton of other stuff was wrong. Great work for a great price!

Overall, I would not recommend M40 Auto & Alignment. The counter lady was friendly and helpful, but the senior mechanic was rude and unprofessional, and the mechanics did not do a thorough job of inspecting my car. I paid $56 for them to tell me that everything checked out on the new car i was going to purchase, but after purchasing the car, I came home and checked the battery myself, it was bad and reading 150 CCA. I called the shop to ask if they had even checked the battery, and they said they would have the tech call me back, but he never did. I had to spend $160 on a new battery, which I could have got a discount for from the car dealer if the shop had done a thorough inspection. In addition to the poor workmanship, the owner of the dog was very rude to the counter lady and told her not to give the dog toys because people will play fetch with her and their walls will get dirty, and he kept coming into the lobby with political news on his phone and reading it out loud to or play weird music obnoxiously loud get a reaction. This was unprofessional and unpleasant, and it made me feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, their paperwork doesn't even show what was checked exactly. This is a major red flag, as it means that there is no way to verify that the mechanics actually did anything to inspect my car. I would not recommend M40 Auto & Alignment to anyone. There are many other reputable mechanics in the area who will do a better job and treat you with more respect. I would also advise against paying for any services at M40 Auto & Alignment until you have a clear understanding of what will be checked.

Please don’t take your car here. Worst service i've seen. I tried to get an alignment was denied service didn't get anything done and they still had the nerve to try to charge me $60. I was so furious i talked to the owner Bob and he was even worse. I tried to ask why i was being charged for nothing done. He simply wouldn't talk to me and just proceeded to tell me to pay. At the end of the day i didn't pay and saved myself from there shop. If i could give a zero star I definitely would. Im a fair person and this is being more then fair.
