Been coming here for a few years and recently moved about 30 mins away. Tried a local spot only to get an estimate for $800 and said NO THANKS! So went to Mach One and $265 later he replaced an a/c hose when that’s all was needed! He saved me $548 and regardless of distance I’ll never go anywhere else!! Honest good work!! I recommend!!

Family has been coming here since I can remember. Greg the GM is an honest and kind person with a great work ethic. Quality service and honest rates. I have never felt comfortable going to any auto shop until we found Mach-1. Professional, Reasonable Rates, Timely Service, Communication is on point and the level of customer service everyone who walks through the door gets is a 10. Best Automotive Repair Shop in Arizona.

To start off, I was able to get my oil leak on my Honda fixed. After a few days, the leak returned. I took my car back to Mach-1; they inspected it and found a hairline fracture in the oil pan. Bought a new pan & they installed it, had me on the road. I haven't seen any oil on my carport or areas parked. I'm truly happy I met Greg, a nice genuine man. My son uses their service, and I've used other auto stores. I will continue to do business with them, and I'm confident in their staff.*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣

I was referred to Mach-1 two years ago by a friend. I had been going to another place for years but I really just felt like they were taking advantage of me. When I brought my car to Greg he listened to me and spoke to me respectfully. They fixed the issue and I was on my way. A few month later my key wouldn’t turn in the ignition. I had my car towed to Mach-1. Greg said they would look at it and after a few minutes he called me to say it needed some wd—40. He didn’t even charge me for that. I have brought my car with a number of codes and he gives the multiple options for how we can resolve the issue. Sometimes I can fix it myself. I really trust Greg and his team. For reference I have had my car for over 10 years and it is had over 200k miles on it. I want to keep it running for as long as I can and with Mach-1 I think I will.

Service and price was exceptional. Greg was very knowledgeable, We went to another place down the street first and the quote was $600.00 more than Mach-1. We are 100% satisfied, and recommend them who needs any kind of work done to come here. Thanks Greg and the crew!!

Very bad experience, I took my car for the air conditioning and I changed the compressor which only gave me a one year warranty and the worst thing never worked well now the warranty is over and my air conditioning doesn't work at all, how impotent if it had done your job well from the beginning this would not happen 😭

Greg and the Mach 1 Team provide great service. They go above and beyond. I had another mechanic for over 10 years and very happy to have been referred to Mach 1. I would absolutely recommend their service. Even with minor issues they always listen and try and find the best solution.

Homie didn't want to give me customer service because I wanted an estimate, so he stuck me with his daughter. I ask her a question, oh she can't answer, she just does office work. Daddy has moved on to the next customer, super personable. Skips over me, does something in the back, I'm waiting. Finally gets to me, spins some stupid story like I don't know anything, oh yah yah yah, this window here, never seen anything and don't want to take five minutes to look, but this will cost you well over a grand just for a window. I went to Safelite and spent 371 plus tax. Thank you for absolutely wasting my time, Mach 1.
