This Shop has a New Owner leasing the space !!!! They are extremely High priced and once they get your vehicle they will fix things you have not agreed on being fixed but make you pay . They talk crazy to you and don't feel as if they need to explain anything they do . DO NOT let them get your vehicle. Moses was great when he was there , these NEW People are NOT and aren't affiliated with him !! RUN

Took my 2015 Veloster here for some repairs and they got back to me within 2 days with everything done. Went back a week later for another problem and they kept my car for more than a week without doing anything or giving me any update. I ended up having to pick it up and just taking it to the dealership. The dealership has now informed me that the cause of my current problem is due to a bad job from the first time I took it there. This would mean that they knew what they did wrong and refused to own up and tell us and do the job. I want to know why my car was there for more than a week without them giving an update or doing anything to the car. My car would’ve been there for weeks had I not reached out.

Crooks... Kept car in the shop for a month.. When I finally arrive to pick it up I noticed my bass knob wasn't on pulled over and checked my trunk and my sub woofer was missing and my amp that was drilled on to the seat was missing.. Everything that was in my car was cleaned out... Moses said don't involve the police he would reimburse me.. Haven't heard a peep from him in 2 weeks and counting... This is a warning to everyone STAY AWAY! Side note.. My car was kept inside of their garage the whole 3 weeks it was there..they close the garage after business hours.. Only way anyone could get to my car after hours would be to break into the office and then into the garage.. No one broke into the office..and the cameras just so happen to not work..

Super friendly and honest. I was traveling through Houston and my car broke down in the Fiesta parking lot across from the shop. I walked over the asked Moses for help. He dropped everything and came over to the car to take a look. He was able to get it diagnosed and repaired in less than a day. Moses sent me photos and videos of exactly what he was seeing on the vehicle which needed to be replaced. Up front, friendly, and transparent. If I ever have car trouble again in Houston, I’ll definitely come back here.

By far the best shop in Houston. Took my car here after getting a quote from another chain brand Mechanic shop. Moses cut the price by more than half and provided a great customer experience. My vehicle is running in tip top shape. They do everything, oil changes, tune ups, engine swaps, and much much more. It's hot in Houston this summer, Mac's auto will have your AC blowing ice cold air to coast through the city comfortably. Highly recommend.
