Was looking for a new mechanic since mine was a distance away. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, Tom's professionalism and expertise were evident. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspected my vehicle, (including a test drive, a forgotten art) and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and honest manner. What truly stood out was their willingness to work on my older vehicle, which many shops hesitate to tackle. They approached it with confidence and care, treating it as if it were brand new. After completing the repairs, he even took the time to test drive it again to ensure everything was running smoothly before returning it to me. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were top-notch. It's rare to find a mechanic who combines technical skill with such excellent customer service.

Called them to get an inspection, they got me in the same day due to cancellations. Gave me my inspection and got my car back to me before 5. Awesome service! Super nice staff.

The owner is super nice and professional. They book up quickly and I could tell they get super busy, but I appreciated how despite that, they still took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explain everything they did in order to fix my car.

Had my oil changed and inspections done for a few years. Always a good job and great prices. Would continue on going. Book your service early since they get booked up.

As a young woman, I’ve had at least one bad experience with a mechanic or auto body shop in my lifetime. Bringing my car somewhere for repairs I’ve felt uncomfortable and in over my head, wondering if I’m getting ripped off. A few days ago someone side swiped my drivers side mirror while it was parked on the street. I did some research on local mechanics and called Maggianos. They picked up immediately and said they’d be available that day to take a look. From the start I was given great, honest, friendly service that included price estimates and regular updates on my side mirror. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and within two days I had a brand new side mirror installed. I’m thrilled to have found a reliable mechanic in my neighborhood, and couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I took in my Fiancé’s CRV after the catalytic converter was stolen. I replaced it myself but was still experiencing a leak. Tom was able to significantly improve the leak and make the car drivable again

These guys are 5 star all the way. New to the area as I work at a local business and found these guys in an emergency one day, they got me in same day and fixed the issue. We love this mechanic so much! We have an old Mitsubishi that is in what feels like a constant state of decay, and Maggiano’s always takes such great care of us. Tom is a no bs kind of guy, and it’s always a pleasure to work with such an honest, professional mechanic. As two young adults living on our own with limited knowledge on cars, we never feel taken advantage with Tom and his team. Could not recommend this place enough!
