I wish I could use Zero star for this review, went there for car issue around 8:20 am they were eating breakfast and they were upset cause I interrupted them and gave me a bad attitude; I was told to left the car and come back with a really bad manner. Told them, no thanks and sorry for the interruption and left the place.

They are super honest and fair price. I took my car to 3 different mechanics and all of them were charging 2 or 3 times more than the price that Magic Car charged me.

Llame a Juan. Una atención fatal. Se nota que no quiere clientes nuevo. NO RECOMIENDO. I called Juan and his customer service is terrible. It was very evident that he does not want my new clients. Very rude and hung up when i was just trying to understand where he was located.

Now that I’ve retained an attorney I would like to forewarn anyone looking to get their car serviced especially if you have a foreign car. My Mercedes was due for maintenance so I decided to take it there. Beforehand I called and asked prices and it was fairly cheap so I said why not. When I arrived the wife told me a different price which should’ve been my first time but as I said maintenance was due. After I picked my car up I realized that where they put my car was an area full of nails???? Anyways, I live right down the street so I just went home as usual. The next day I am noticing my car sounding really bad. A new sound I’ve never heard mind you the last people to even touch my car was this place and I work from home so I hardly drive my car. I call the following day and basically the wife tells me the only thing they did was change my oil which I know was a lie bc my tire pressure was in the 40s… either way they were under my hood. I go up there and he’s like ok let me just add an additive ( not even taking the time to figure out what the issue is) he does that and I start driving now my car sounds even worse so I come back. This time he really hears it and says oh that’s not my fault. THATS BS AND I WILL BE SUING :) of course after I let him know I was contacting a lawyer he wanted to pull his phone out and record. This place is negligent

Pulled up today to ask about replacing a catalytic converter that got stolen. The mechanic didn’t even bother to look at the car and said that they cant get it done and that it would be a min of $2000 to replace. We decided to go to another muffler shop in little river and we had an aftermarket install done for $200. Horrible customer service here and a useless muffler shop.
