I brought my van in for a transmission service call.I wanted amsoil and that's what I received along with some added information concerning if it was practical in changing the filter and gasket.It was educational and cost saving.Keep GOD! in your lives-magic mechanic😃

Brought my vehicle in for what I thought was a problem but asked if they would do inspection and let me know what was really wrong. I received their estimate and in my eyes it was way more than I expected. I went down to the shop to discuss and was handed a copy of what they told me in the phone. A list of recommended repair items. I asked if I could have a copy of the diagnostic report and they told me they didn't have a printer on their machine nor could they give me a list of any failed parts. I paid their fee if $165 and left with my vehicle and nothing in my hand that showed me what failed their diagnostic. It actually boils down to I got charged for them giving me a list of things to repair. I then took their list to 2 other nationally owned shops to get the same diagnostic done(at no cost) with the price estimate less than half of what Magic Mechanic quoted. I view their not providing a diagnostic of a vehicle without providing a diagnostic report and charging $165 as an unethical practice!

The Magic Mechanic is great, quick service, readily available appointments and they use Amsoil products. It's the only place I will go for oil changes.

My window wouldn’t come up and they got it up till I could drop vehicle off. I had window problems starting 2 years ago 2/23 with front passenger side, then a couple months later with front driver window, and now. Apparently there are several components in the windows ( switch, master switch, master lock switch, etc). Just wish they’d all quit working at same time. They fixed it and all the other things like changing 2 turn indicator bulbs, oil change, tire rotation,, and everything is working. I have a 2016 Dodge Caravan and plan on keeping it for another 100,000 miles and planning on Magic Mechanic to help me achieve that goal.

I have been going to Magic mechanic for a long time . They have always repaired my Mini and my husbands explorer. They really do good honest work . I want to especially thank J D , he is always willing to check around and get me the best price for parts and answer all my questions. . JD is one of the main reasons we go there They have great mechanics that do the work . Thank you to Arron also . On my last repair JD saved me a lot of money . The dealership wanted several hundred more to do the work . Thank you so much J D !

I wasn’t sure where to take my 2006 Toyota 4Runner for repairs. I needed new engine oil valve gaskets but I realized that my vehicle was old and it came from Boston, Ma. I knew there would be some rust and that was my issue in finding a good mechanic that could handle the job. Well thankfully someone recommended Magic Mechanic and they were able to replace my gaskets and assured me, one way or another they would be able to handle the job. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt who kept me updated on my vehicle while it was being serviced. I would definitely recommend Magic Mechanic to anyone who is uncertain about finding a mechanic/repair shop.

Prompt service. On 2 separate appointments I've had my oil changed, brakes checked, battery replaced & transmission flushed on my 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport. I waited rather than drop off & their estimates for completion were totally on target. All the guys were pleasant & seemed very competent. A pleasure to do business with them.

They replaced the 5.3L engine in my Tahoe with a Jasper engine. JD explained what was going on and gave me the options for the repair. The engine was replaced and the job was completed when they said it would be. The new engine is running great! Very Knowledgeable and honest shop! They do all my vehicle maintenance. I trust them and wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

I have been a customer of Magic Mechanic for years. I return to them when I need car service because they have always done a better than good job and explained what should be done and why it should be done. I have never found that they tried to push me to do more work than was necessary. I trust JD, the head guy there.

I have been going to the Magic Mechanic for more years than I can remember. It is rare to find any business, especially an auto mechanic shop, where they are both honest and competent, and MM is both. I live 2 counties away and am willing to make the drive, that is how much I appreciate what they do.

JD was upfront and transparent regarding the repairs needed. I was able to get all of my questions answered without the typical runaround I’ve seen from other shops. Lastly, the shop told me an ETA on the repairs and stuck to it. Very happy with the service I received.

Fair pricing. Easy after hours overnight drop off process. Prompt to answer, spoke with mechanic directly. Very knowledgeable even about a specialty issue common mechanics wouldn't. Would absolutely trust them over other chain mechanics. Wouldn't hesistate to use them again
