Ian was involved in an inside operation and arranged for our truck to be stolen a couple years ago. We dropped our truck off for some parts to be installed. Kept giving us the run around about working on it - we picked up the truck and said nevermind. He BEGGED us to bring it back. We decided to give him another chance, dropped off the truck, and 3 days LATER he called my husband telling him his truck was stolen the night we dropped it off! First off, you don’t tell someone their truck was stolen 3 days after the fact. Don’t act like you haven’t noticed it’s not there. Secondly, this was an LBZ so it’s a highly coveted truck for someone that knows a lot about diesel trucks. Third, after we involved the police, Ian decides to call my husband with a blocked number and says “you want your truck back?” and tells us it’s somewhere in Newport. At that point the truck was probably at a chop shop!! DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR TRUCK— BEWARE!!! He is involved with a crime ring!! Why do you think he removed reviews from his business Facebook page?! MANY have had issues with him!!!

Took truck in the morning of Monday, 7/11/22. Met with Ian about what I wanted done. ( I brought all the parts he needed to do the job). Was told I'd have the truck back by Friday, 7/15. I called to check the progress on Thursday, and he (Ian) stated he'd been short handed and running behind but he would start on my truck Friday. Well , began calling him on Tuesday 7/19 without an answer at office or cell. Left message on voicemail and recorder, and even sent a text, but no response. So, this morning, 7/20, called again and no answer. I sent a text letting him know I was on the way to get my truck. A couple hours later, as I was on my way there, I received a response from him stating he was out yesterday and was back working on my truck, and it would be ready on Thursday, 7/21. When I arrived at around 1130am ,the shop was not open, but he was there and I asked to see my truck. He then confessed he had not started on my truck and it was parked at his "storage lot". I followed him to the lot and got it. Apparently, he just outright lied. After this ordeal, I wouldn't recommend this shop for anything. If he would lie about beginning to work on my truck, I imagine he would lie about any work that he claims to have performed. Very unprofessional and untrustwothy.

Does not answer or respond when calling to check on vehicle. Very slow turn around time. Very unprofessional and does not finish job as promised. Will never do business here again. Stay away unless you want your vehicle to be worse! Owner is not a professional businessman.

Ian had truck over two years . Once we got it back it still would not run, has a dent in the bumper, will not hold screws in the frame, and leaking oil. Paid over $6000 and still doesn't run. Owner Ian will not come to shop to talk about the truck, will not talk on the phone or text. He plainly lied on the invoice saying it was drivable but we have it in text by him that it doesn't . His worker also said it is not drivable. He's a liar and crook. This is the worst shop in Tennessee. Even the tow truck driver said he refuses to tow vehicles there because it is terrible. He needs to lose his license!

My truck sat over there for a month. Kept begin told it was begin worked on. Finally gave up and went over there to get my truck. When I got there, was told there working up an estimate for new injectors. Told mine or wore out. I thought that was a very interesting diagnosis especially considering I could tell they had never even opened the hood on my truck.
