I bought a used Rav 4 at Sacramento Maita Toyota yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience! My salesperson, Tabitha, was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable, as well as Tim, the person who worked with me in the finance department. This is the third car I’ve bought from Maita Toyota, and I will continue! I highly recommend them! 😊👍👍

Over 2 hours for a simple oil change, and air filter replacement, even though this was a scheduled appointment. I arrived at about 2:45 for my appointment. Was notified at 4 that my oil change was done. They asked me then if I wanted to have my air filter replaced. I was in agreement with this. But then they proceeded to take another 45 plus minutes ??? Unbelievably slow. Just hope this means the service was detailed 🤷🏻‍♂️

Bought a 2025 Camry XSE, very happy with the salesman, Ben Ossome! Nice man low pressure and knowledgeable, nice to work with. All done and the closer Ira shows up with chest puffed out, I think to remind me why I prefer to use a broker! Bought a nice car, but didn’t care for the closer’s attitude, a bit rude. Everyone else we met was very courteous . Curt

My friend had a Toyota Tacoma built through this dealership and put down a $500 hold on the truck just to have the dealership sell it out from under him to someone else without even letting him know. Not good business if you ask me. Would NOT recommend this stealership.

5000 mile 1000 points check. Very fast efficient check in. Had made my appointment by phone the previous week. Techs greeting me had all the details. Approximately 3 hour wait for service completion. Possibly shorter time had I checked my phone more often. Some confusion on my part re: new texting system. Tech went over details including cost.

Complete service from the time you pull up. I'm a senior and I was treated with respect and dignity..My only complaint is they couldn't clean my front inside windows although I requested it. It's hard for me to get up there...but my van runs great.
