Was Allright had to call in and when vehicle was ready. Had to call in multiple times just to find out status of vehicle. No notice when vehicle was ready, picked up vehicle just before service area closed... was just alright....

The dealership was fast and efficient. They answered some questions I had about low tire pressure. My car was serviced in a little over an hour. Even though I was told it could take 2 and a half hours.

Worse Toyota service l left my car at 10 it was supposed to be a waiting time of 2 hrs but l was told that it will take 3 hrs and they called me at 3 pm and when l get there I have to wait till they really want to get my car

Not my first time here. Always appreciated the ease of making appointments online, checking in and receiving a simple text when my car is ready. The staff are friendly and professional! Though the wait was long, at least they have a comfortable lobby with plenty of seating. This was my last free service with ToyotaCare, I am sure I will be back again soon for regular maintenance. I came in for an maintance apointment. I was told there was an oil leak and an inpection was needed to determine the cause. Also was told the vehicle needed to remain at the shop to perform the inspection. This was at 8 am. My intention was to wait for vehicle and drive to work as my appointment was at 7 am. Since this inspection was needed i ubered to work. Cost $30. At 3 pm i recieved a call from the service department that the vehicle could not be inspected that day. My options were to leave the vehicle overnight with a hope the inspection could take place the next day or pick up the vehicle. I chose to uber to the shop (cost $37) and pickup the vehicle as it was my transportation home. Not sure why the advisor would require the vehicle if they didn't know the inspection would take place OR why it took 7 hours to inform me it wasn't going to happen. I wasted $67 and my time because of the service dept poor mangement.

I stopped in to purchase wiper blades for my 2017 4RUNNER. I was pretty worried since I was driving over the mountain on I 80 and we were/are having very heavy rain due to the atmospheric storms. It was advised that I would need to wait to check into service to replace the blades by the information desk. Jeffrey, my sales representative took care of the installation of the blades right after hebhelped with my purchase.. He didn't have to, but he he and it was an act of kindness and grace. With thank and gratitude.

My third time coming here for service and next time I’m trying Folsom Lake Toyota. They were running behind. WAY behind. And no longer offer a shuttle service. Someone could have called me to let me know if I wanted to reschedule or prepare myself to sit for 3 hours or get myself a ride etc. Also, they send you a text with the technician’s recommendations for you to approve or decline. I approved mine but they “never got it.”

Making an appointment was super easy. We chose to go to the Maita group as we had issues with the Roseville group. Staff was friendly and I didn’t feel like they tried to sell me something that wasn’t necessary. The truck looks and runs great now!! Thanks Maita!

My first experience with Maita was surprising great! Ordered my extra key fob on the phone from Austin in parts n he was very nice n informative n answeed my questions n offered to do research if he didn’t know. Elias - my svc rep when I came in was quick to respond to take care of me when programming my key fob. The girls in sales answered n helped me quickly as well with the Toyota app n all were so responsive! Great job Maita.

You're coming to change the oil. You wait 2.5 hours for an oil change. You say that you have forgotten the alarm to be installed in your car and that you are coming with an alarm. Even you don't know and you are waiting for Him for 2 hours. In other words, it is an excellent service. Congratulations, I expect the service to continue like this. Thank you very much. Very good I knowingly bought the car for $25. They transferred it to me for $50,000. My friend bought the same car for $30,000. Even his credit score was lower than mine.

With the exception of my service advisor, my experience of every single person in this place was unpleasant. Later, I started to realize it might be because the customers are grumpy because the prices are so high and a different diagnostic fee is charged for every different issue on the car. Also, there’s no longer a shuttle service. What made this a three for me and not a one is that the service was good and the advisor was helpful. They did not have enough text to service all the vehicles they had scheduled for the day that I went in.

Battery replacement was defective. Felt very lucky the automatic engine shut off didn’t occur at an Intersection or in traffic. Had to call AAA to be towed back to Toyota. Battery at 10 V wouldn’t start vehicle. Posting this because Toyota keeps emailing and texting me reminders to review.

No stars. The service department is full of technicians trying to exaggerate how much work needs to be done. First off I take the car in for a hybrid battery light on of course they want to do an expensive oil change and look around for maintenance issues. They say that will be $1200 for oil and inspections. I asked will that fix the light? They said no it wont. I directed them to check the hybrid battery. They said it would be about $180.00 for that inspection. I agreed ok. Then they made up a story that they need 6 hours to get to the battery....lies lies lies. Its under the rear seat. EASY ACCESS! When I questioned the charge of a $1200 inspection and $7600 replacement of (battery only) they immediately dropped the inspection price almost in half. Because I stood up for myself and said it does not take 6 hours to remove a back seat the service manager decided to lower the price to $750. Wow! Any elderly people would have been taken advantage of. Shame on you MAITA. For hiring the people you hire. No they did not fix anything and said it cost $750 to check the hybrid battery. It's funny because I called the 2 other Toyota dealers in town and I acted dumb and the prices quoted for the hybrid battery for my car was $2600 for the part. Maita wanted $5600 for the part and $2000 to install. I thought all dealers went to the same sources for genuine parts hmmmmm. Crooks all of them are crooks at Maita Toyota in Sacramento.
