Had an emergency on way to an interview my tire alert came on and my tire was getting so low the bottom of my car was hitting over bumps. The bald guy was very nice, told me what to do to keep this from happening l, he checked for a leak and aired up all four tires with a matter of minutes, and I was on my way and on time for my appointment.

I’ve been here a handful of times over the last six years and it’s always fast, reliable, kind and professional. Just this morning I stopped in with a screw in my tire and a flat Segway x2 tire. Omar was great and also had me in and out in about 10 minutes.

Avoid. Extremely rude owner. Not helpful. Called to get a quote for 2 tires for my car, the owner on the phone was very rude and hung up on me without giving me a price. You're better off going somewhere else where you're treated with some respect.

I wanted rims for my car I called them and asked them if they had it he said yes I asked him if he can send me pics he said no . I went thier personally about 10 miles and 40 mins they said they don't have it in a rude way very unprofessional the lady with polish accent was very rude in particular Thank you for wasting my time

For years, this place has been my "ER" for tire issues. It's a great low budget tire shop to address any immediate problems like air leaks and punctures, or used tire replacement for temporary use. I feel the service is good and efficient, typically it has been under 30 minutes for me. I never had any issues with the owner or the mechanics. Last week, I went in after noticing low pressure and hissing sound in the back tire. Not only did Daniel, the mechanic, quickly fixed the screw puncture he also discovered that the air valve in the the other rear tire was leaking air and expertly replaced it.

If I can give -100 stars I would. Please trust me when I say DO NOT GO HERE. Even if you desperately need a tire, DONT GO. The second I walk in with my boyfriend (who is black) the lady owner immediately came at us with an attitude asking us what do we want, not what we need but what we WANT. Throughout the entire time we were there she was looking at my boyfriend up and down and constantly giving dirty looks, nobody in there had a mask on either. The lady owner wanted to charge me $80 for a used tire and $30 for the work. $110 in total for a USED tire fix. They began to say they didnt have my size tire so id have to get a new one for $160. After I sent them to double check they magically found it and then said its gonna be $80 for a USED TIRE. When I go to pay the lady I realized I didnt have my card so I told her “give me 2 minutes so I can transfer money to another card” she then begins to yell at me and say if I dont have money then why did I come and im a horrible person for that. Literally she called me a horrible person. All in all, this place was truly HORRIBLE and my boyfriend felt extremely racially profiled with the over pricing, her attitude and the dirty looks. They scam people when they see people dont have another choice. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS NEVER GO HERE!

Within 30 minutes of calling... I was back on the road again. Super quick and friendly service with the best quoted rates in 60641. I called 5-6 places.... I highly recommend these guys. Thank you majestic!

I called the shop and asked for a set of 4 tires, they gave me a price. Then when I went to go pay, they gave me a total different price. They told me they couldn’t refund me bc the lady owner was not there and I would have to come back the next day when she’s there! What kind of place runs like this? I would not recommend anyone to buy anything or get service here.

Just around the corner from me so I gave them a shot. Quick and easy place to get a tire sealed. I prefer places that'll take the tire off and patch from the inside too, but for $20 in a pinch Majestic was not bad to get a hole sealed and on my way

They do the work - but they will skimp out on stuff like not dunking the tire to double check for any extra leaks, if you are on them, they will do it. The mom and son are rude people, I’ve been a frequent customer in the past and I didn’t mind them for $10 plugs, now that it’s $25 a plug, I’ll look elsewhere.

This was my 3rd stop looking for a tire! I finally got here and they had the tire I needed. They took care of me right away and were so helpful. Great place they have all kinds of tires and the prices are reasonable too. I recommend this place!
