Spark plugs needed to be replaced and I called Maldonado Mobile Mechanic & asked if they were able to come out today within an hour after being left hanging by another mechanic. He said “Absolutely, what area are you in” and came within 30 minutes of that phone call, put my spark plugs in within 15 minutes and even told me about something else that needed to be replaced, then gave me a website that has the cheaper but more durable option than autozone. I really appreciate it and will definitely continue to use their services from now on. Thanks again 😊

Finding a trustworthy mechanic who goes above and beyond to make sure your car is straight is very rare. Especially in Memphis…. Marco and his team are great ! professional, and get the job job done quickly and effectively. Fixed my radiator , gasket valves, and thermostat in under 3 hrs.

If you're looking for a mechanic that is reliable, respectful of your time and money, and who actually takes pride in the work he or she advertises, please for the love of God take your money and your car to the auto service center at Walmart. The guy left my sister's car in worst condition than it was prior to before he touched it, and went back on his word to undo the damages he caused and now it's completely undrivable at this point. I'm all for supporting small mom and pop businesses but if you give your money and trust to this person, you're supporting a small man with the mechanical aptitude of a wet napkin as well as the punctuality of a postterm infant. If you want your car to be either stuck in limbo or you just feel like throwing money in the trash along with a few braincells while dealing with the incompetence of a tool with a wrench, by all means go ahead and give this man a call, the junkyard needs all the cars it can get and this man has a talent of making your car as worthless as a white crayon to a 4th grader. Don't worry though, after only 3 missed appointments and a bad review, he'll offer to undo his mistakes in attempt to save face so there's hope after all. Also this is an edit to the review but apparently he does know how to use his phone when it comes to bad reviews 🤣🤣

Super flakey and unreliable. You won't hear back from them for hours but responds quickly if reached out by a new number. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time. Horrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could. **edit** No sir, I just witnessed you actually being unreliable and inconsiderate of customers time. Just wanted to warn others and save them the headache of dealing with you. Screenshot shows the quick response from new number vs my friends screenshot (below) of hours with no contact.

They will show up the first time but if there are any lingering problems with their work they ghost you and never come back after multiple time push backs and little to none communication. Don’t recommend to anyone with only one vehicle because if they mess up you will be left finding a ride until someone else can fix it. You can be as nice as you can and offer to pay for them to come back out and even let them know you’re not blaming them, you just need your car. But you will still be ghosted and given petty excuses. Hopefully this review doesn’t get removed like the last one Edit- Yes he offered to come out. But only after the review my wife left (that he deleted) Before that he said he would be there and never showed on 2 occasions. Denying it is dumb because i have the chat logs and can screenshot them if needed. There are no fake negative 1 stars reviews here folks.

Took 4 hours just to not show up 😂👎🏾Once before I scheduled an appointment they didnt come the second time i asked what time maldonado said 11:30 am and didnt show i called he said 25mins still not otw and he only answered the phone for me 2twice :( horrible service i would have waited if he said their was a dely no type of updated information . I needed my car serviced and didnt get it serviced AND THIS IS MY SECOND AND LAST TIME TRYING TO BOOK UNLESS U CALL ME AND HAVE CONSISTENCY I WORK WITH PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH ME :)

Mr. Maldonado responded promptly on what our vehicle issue was and gave us options as to repairing it. We had contacted 3 different businesses and he was the most prompt in returning our call. He made several phone calls attempting to find the exact type of part we needed. We were vacationing just passing through the Memphis area and had a timeline that we had to be home. He understood our predicament and worked quickly and diligently trying to help us. He called us at 6:45 am to tell us he was heading toward our hotel so he could install a new starter before we needed to be on the road. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for his promptness and professionalism!! And, we greatly appreciate his understanding of our travel situation.

So thankful for these guys. Contacted them to replace the compressor for our Murano during a heat wave while everyone else was booked up until next week. These guys came out the next day, diagnosed, and fixed the problem within a couple hours. Polite, fast, reliable, great communication and incredibly affordable. Any time I have an issue in the future they will be the first ones I call and will be referring them to anyone else I know that needs a good reliable mechanic.

Called Maldonado on a Saturday to explain my car problems I was having with my brakes. He and his team came over the next morning to take a look at my brakes. He diagnosed my problem. He took the time to explain and show me my problems. Fixed the problem in a timely manner at a fair price. I highly recommend him for your car problems.

This business does not deserve one star. I made a call this morning to have my husbands’ vehicle repaired around 9am, it is now 6:30 pm no one has showed up! Have gotten the run around all day! Now they’re attempting to give us the number of another mechanic that is “ in the area “ and it was a non-working number. The worst businesses ever!
