We have been going to Malless for year, they are by far the best mechanic I've worked with. Their shop is clean and organized, and they always let you know when upcoming maintenance is due, along with an estimate so you can plan ahead. I've never had to take my vehicle back after they have worked on it either. If something is wrong, they fix it the first time.

Great experience ! We were told in Terre Haute at Fuson auto where we bought it it was the steering. We had it towed ti indy and it was the sway bars. Cheaper and done right. Very happy and we will be back if ever needed. 2017 Fiat .

My Ram 1500 Laramie that needed a front axle replacement do to the axle boot being cut open was completed very fast and at a very reasonable price. Rides like new now!

The service I received here was phenomenal. From the moment someone answered the phone. They were very polite, and treated me with respect. They were even able to squeeze me right in as I had an emergency and was an hour from home. The price was very fair and They were efficient with their time. I will definitely be recommending them

I have always had great service at Malless Auto. They do stand by their commitment to guarantee service after a repair. Eric and Micah are always very polite, explain repairs in terms that are easy to understand, and have a firm price on estimating repairs, so no surprises when I pick up vehicle. I tell everyone about them, I used to drive all the way to Westfield for service until I heard about Malless, 2 miles from my house 😊

I used to go to the dealership. I found Malless a few years ago when my daughter shifted gearshift turn dial went out but dealership would take weeks to get in. Now both my daughter and I are costumers for life. They are friendly, professional and caring.

Based on reviews, I decided to give Malless a try after my mechanic retired. So glad I came across them in my search! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, helpful and communicative. They repaired my vehicle in one day and price was less than others. They will definitely be my go-to auto shop, thanks Malless! :)

Brought car in from another shop. That shop replaced the crankshaft position sensor. Yet the sensor was still coming on as bad and the car was running bad. That shop couldn’t figure it out and told me it was the computer. Malless said it was the crankshaft sensor. I said it couldn’t be because another shop just replaced it. Malless said it was the sensor and replaced it. Car runs like new. Mechanics vs. technicians. Malless technicians figured it out….and confirmed the repair!

My car doesn’t appear to have the same problems that I had before service so Im trusting that everything is still good in long term. Its been just a couple of days since the service so hoping there is no backlash. Service reps were very helpful, trustworthy. and courteous. The presentation of service, cleanliness of facility is great and is very professional; better than most. Time of service was a little longer than anticipated but I managed. Price was higher than I anticipated but who can ever guess what that should be unless you get multiple estimates…..something busy people don't have time for. Overall, Im satisfied and prefer to go to Malless over anyone else.
