I am satisfied with the service. I had to get my car inspected and needed a new starter. Three mechanics in the neighborhood didn't want to do the inspection. Manchester Auto did it and fixed the starter within a few hours. I will go back next time my car needs work. By the way, after I dropped my car off, they kindly asked me if I needed a ride back home.

Sam and his guys have been nothing but great to me. I’ve had work done here a few times now and every time the price is fair, the work is done well, the staff is honest and approachable and the service is top tier. They do a great job in making you feel like your issue is their top priority. Cant recommend this place enough, you’ll leave feeling like you finally found your go-to mechanic.

I came in for an oxygen sensor and they had it diagnosed and gave me an estimate right away! It was same day service and they know cars well, and for someone that doesn’t, I really appreciate their help. Doug showed me everything that was causing the issue and Sam took good care of me with breaking down the cost to repair and other issues that I might address in the future. They are friendly and hospitable guys that you can count on when you need a repair. I know I will be coming back.

I came into this shop for for repairs on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and their service was phenomenal. Their customer service was incredible and I was even able to talk to the mechanic who was incredibly knowledgable and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car and how he was going to fix it. They are very transparent with their work and what they were going to fix was much needed. It was great to find a shop that doesn’t just start replacing parts until it’s fixed but instead diagnoses the issue and only fixes what is needed. I would highly recommend anyone coming here with issues on their vehicle because of this.

MOST HONEST AND CARING MECHANICS IN SAINT LOUIS!!!!! My car had an issue of burning oil. I assumed it was an engine issue and do not have the funds to have it operated on right now so I kept topping off the oil as needed. Friday the situation became much worse. I had to pour five quarts of new oil into my car throughout the day. I knew it was a critical issue that I couldn’t push back anymore and wanted a diagnostics. I called Saturday morning explaining my issue and they got me right away. There is a long list of reasons that cause a car to burn oil. The mechanic get my car lifted and immediately spotted the suspected issue. My oil filter had malfunctioned causing oil to leak out and burn under the car. I just had to pay for a new oil filter and oil. This company could have held my car for a day, charged me $100+ for a diagnostics, and could have even unnecessary replaced parts to fatten the bill. This will be my new go to auto shop when I have issues and I encourage you all to contact them when you need repair! It is very fortunate when you find an auto shop that really wants to help out the customer and isn’t just in it to get max profit.

Sam is the man! I was caught in a bind after trying to swap out my oxygen sensor. The heat basically welded it onto the catalytic converter and I damaged the threads removing the old one. So it needed to be re-threaded before the new one could be installed. Not a every day kind of job, and required some problem-solving to make it work. Sam's communication was great and texted detailed instructions for how to drop it off and was clear about expectations and cost. Would highly recommend Sam and his mechanics at Manchester Auto Center. Thanks guys!

SCAMMERS!!!!! owner promised a free engine code scan, mechanic scanners codes and assured that’s all the work that was done, and owner still demanded $100 and refused to give the keys back. he then verbally assaulted, harassed and chased us out of the shop. BE CAREFUL !!!!!

I had the most wonderful experience visiting Manchester Auto. I had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people. I absolutely love Sam and his willingness to go above and beyond. He also introduced me to some wonderful people at brotherhood motors where I had a wonderful experience as well. I will definitely be returning to both places as they treat you like family and take care of you and your needs.

Just brought back my car after a fuel line replacement. Sam’s team did a great job and I thought his labor cost was reasonable too. When I dropped off the car with gasoline leaking a couple of days ago - it was around closing time and all the mechanics had left. Sam brought in the car into his shop and then dropped off my wife and I at our home nearby as we were going to get an Uber. I highly recommend his shop.
