My Honda CRV needed its 60000 mile automatic transmission service so we dropped it off at Mango at 9am. Mango had Lyft give us a ride home at no cost. Our car was ready for pickup at 11am. Mango got us a ride back from Lyft again at no cost. They do excellent work, have great customer service and have been servicing our cars for over two years.

A total gem- super friendly, I just walked in and was out in twenty minutes (loose muffler part). They even let me look under my car, that was cool. Total price under $20. Will recommend to everyone, clean & they even have merch!

I brought a vehicle here for service. Paid a lot, but I was still having problems. I took the vehicle to the dealership and it was discovered they installed the part incorrectly. While they did rectify the issue I will never bring my vehicle here again

I was very happy with the service especially since they were able to get me in the same day I called & got my car back later that day! Everyone was pleasant & courteous. I was very impressed. I will be bringing my car back to them & referred my daughter to them! 👍😊

My first time taking my Chrysler 300 to Mango Automotive. My check engine light has been on for years & 2 other auto shops could not figure it out. It took a little time, but Mango got it fixed! Mango Automotive has been great! I highly recommend!

I have to say, I feel pretty scammed by Mango Automotive. Last June 2023 I took my car to get new brakes all around, new rotors on the front and resurfaced rotors on the back all because I felt shaking in my brake pedal. Right away I felt like something was wrong by the feel and sound whenever I braked. I took it back a week after getting the work done and they said "It will go away over time, there's nothing wrong". Present day Oct. 2024 I now feel a huge vibration in my pedal and steering wheel again. So I call them up, ask about the warranty on them and schedule an appointment to have them evaluate my brakes. Not even an hour after I drop off my car do they call me back saying that they took it for a drive and there was no vibration so they are good to go. So I ask them why would I be feeling a vibration when I drive it daily? Did they check anything else? To my surprise they answer, "Do you want us to check more?" Umm...Yes! Please! So an hour or so later they send me a text with a "diagnosis" of my struts and alignment being the issue. I go back to Mango to pick up my car and ask more questions. I asked them why they think it's my struts. They said because of the age. No other reason given, there were no leaks, just based on age of the car. The individual I spoke with seemed clueless. So I leave with no resolution. I take my car somewhere else to get a second opinion and low and behold, they do an actual evaluation on my brakes and find that all FOUR rotors are warped. And again, my front rotors were "brand new" put on by Mango last June. So now I am out hundreds of dollars because of the negligent and careless work from Mango Automotive. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else....I wish I had last year.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. typically diagnostics are free or very inexpensive, here they are 167 dollars!!! I made the very bad mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt due to me wanting to get home quickly and having a baby to take care of plus my mechanic was unavailable. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 400 DOLLARS TO REPLACE MY HOOD LATCH. I bought my hood latch off of amazon for 20 dollars!!!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 300 DOLLARS FOR A NEW BATTERY. THEY SAID THEY WERE SAVING ME MONEY. HOW DID YOU SAVE ME MONEY? I bought a battery from oreily the same day and put it in, in less than 10 minutes for 120 dollars!!!! The real kicker is they never diagnosed the real issue which was my cooling system!!! Please don’t make the mistake I did and absolutely waste your money, time, and energy. Oh God this is a desolate land and to you I entrust all my affairs.

Nice people. Honest mechanic. Sent me a 50 dollar gift card, making my second oil change with them 15 dollars. I came in with a screw in my rear tire, losing pressure. They fixed it. No charge. Plus in their waiting room they have mango dried fruit snack and excellent cold drinks. I did not request they fix the tire…..thank you!

I Went to Mango Cottonwood in regards to a vehicle I purchased from Reliable Nissan. Reliable claimed they conducted an inspection before I purchased the vehicle. I immediately noticed various problems with the vehicle and everytime I took it back to the dealership they insisted nothing was wrong. I called mango and asked for a diagnostic and inspection of the vehicle. Mango informed me the transmission was bad the oil was overfilled and the brake calipers were dragging. If it weren't for Mango the dealership would have continued to lie to me regarding the previous inspection of the vehicle. Thanks Mango 🥭

So I just needed to borrow a flathead as my boost tube had come loose and I was rushing my gf to work in didn't grab my wallet so Instead of asking them to do something for free , I just asked to borrow a flat head , the technician in the shop was extremely rude , sent me to the front desk , where hesitantly the lady gave me a screwdriver and looked at me like i was a leper. Not like i was asking for an impact gun or a floor jack, something expensive.... just a screwdriver. To borrow , in thier parking lot. Now I know where I won't go when I do need to go to a shop.
