I wouldn't trust them. I went in and got a diagnosis and they tried to burn me stating my head gasket was blown quoting me 17k turns out nothing was wrong withy car

I was in Albuquerque for business , when my pickup lost all oil pressure at 80mph. I had it towed to Mango expecting the absolute worst case scenario. Marissa ( who is absolutely amazing ) met me in the parking lot and was waiting my arrival. Marissa stated she would have her service tech look at the oil cooler lines first, because she had an identical problem with the same year and model as my truck the previous week. Well it turns out she was right! If you want automotive work done with honesty and integrity and not trying to over charge you then go see Marissa at Mango Automotive!!

Dropped my car off Wednesday and they didn't look at it until Monday made it seem like they were still working on it when if fact they didn't have enough mechanics and when they called and left a voice mail. ...they left that out of the voice-mail.

This place is great. A real person answers the phone. Her name is Marissa. I was given a reasonable estimate to fix my problem within a fast timeline. This place does good work. They do ehat they promise, they communicate and are just decent. Highly recommend them🙏🏾

I especially liked how attentive Mango employees were with my concerns. They immediately communicated with me once they checked my car as to what problems they encountered. They sent me a text explaining every detail & quotes as to how much it would cost. I like that they're downtown close for me to walk if I needed to. I trust the team at Mango & feel that they're very honest. I definitely will never go back to Galles! It just feels good to know that I'm in good hands at Mango. Thank you, María Leyba

I have had work done here on several vehicles now 98 ford 2002 ford and 2016 VW. Ranging from large jobs to oil changes and bulb replacements. I have always been satisfied with their work but more importantly I am EXTREMELY satisfied with their prices here. Most shops try to gouge you for an insane amount of money which has led me to dislike and distrust most mechanics. These guys do it right and they are fair. The only shop I will trust and use on my vehicles.

I was having difficulty finding a shop to replace my headlights for a reasonable cost. My Mazda has adaptive headlights, and shops were quoting over $500! I bought the bulbs online and several shops wouldn't install them. They would only install bulbs they provided which would cost me over 4x as much per bulb. Mango Automotive was willing to use the bulbs I had purchased and install them for much less. It took them almost 2 hours, but they only charged me a little over 1 hour labor because that's what they had quoted me. I am so relieved to have that important task taken care of without breaking the bank. I had a comfortable wait in their spacious, well-appointed waiting room. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

The folks at Mango have always been polite, but the last time we took our car in there they quoted us almost double for parts and labor. When I asked them why there were charging so much, they said something about how their system sometimes spits out incorrect numbers and they changed the prices for me (it was still overpriced, in my opinion). If I hadn't asked, would they have just charged me and let me way overpay? I don't know, but if you take your vehicle here be sure to double check the prices they quote you.

I went to Mango for the first time this week and had a good experience. They did what I asked (thorough check of the car) and fixed what needed to be fixed. Marissa texted me with updates and responded to my texts promptly. I plan on using Mango as my regular car maintenance and repair place.

If it hadn't been for their thorough safety inspection, we would've been driving through the mountains with no brakes. They were able to squeeze us in and get us on our way the very same day! Wonderful place with wonderful customer service and we truly appreciate them!

I went in because I was told my starter didn't work. When they tested they said it was the battery and was going to be $300 for a new one. I had a warranty for the battery, so I picked up and brought it back. Apparently there's a $34 installation fee for the battery 😲 and then charged me $70 to test the car. So, I paid $108 to change a battery and test the electronics. Which is crazy because AutoZone and O'Reilly's test that for free. I went here also in the past year, and they supposedly fixed my radiator and put in a new one. Then a month or so later my radiator was leaking, and they were trying to charge me for that. They realized that they were supposed to fix the last time, so didn't charge me. Still weird to think that they charge people for work they haven't done. Overall the staff is pretty friendly, but the female receptionist was a little rude over the phone.

Such a great shop. I stopped in bc I had some minor issues before a roadtrip and the woman at the front desk looked at my car and reassured me completely free of charge, and even told me she wouldn’t want to charge me for the service she provided that really made me trust her. Next time I need any work done I will be going here!

I love Mango Automotive! They have helped me out with 2 issues, one repair of my cooling system and more recently, replaced my starter. You will find them to be fair , honest and friendly. Highly recommended!

I'd trust this place with absolutely everything: my kids(if I had any) my Chuckie doll collection, etc. But most importantly, I've trusted them with my baby. I bought my Acura Integra in 1993 and have had it ever since. Mango has been an excellent Automotive center! Every person their is knowledgeable about car mechanics. They are upfront, honest, intelligent, concerned profficinals. Sadly I'm moving out of state and will have a difficult time finding such a reputable replacement. Words not often spoken about automotive shops: YOU CAN TRUST THEM!

Mike and his crew hit it out of the ballpark. I got a pre purchase inspection from Mango Automotive, and they repaired what needed to be fixed. Now I have a perfect running vehicle. Now I feel safe to drive out of town, thanks Mango Automotive on 7th and Central you guys and gals rock!!!

Nice people. Quick work. Reasonable. Thank you! UPDATE: I just spent $2400 on my vehicle. I was pleased, so I asked for an estimate on tires and oil change on another vehicle. I was asked for information and told I would be contacted by text (my preference). After 2 days, did not hear back. I called and was told I had to bring vehicle in for an estimate so they could get the information I'd already given. UPDATE: Mike the manager called and gave me an estimate. Good customer service means a lot. And, a reasonable estimate. Thank you, Mike -- I will be back.

These guys tried to rip me off. They gave me a $2150 estimate for a basic repair job, then acted all weird when I told them I knew what the issue was and just wanted back on the road. $250 dollars did the job. Then I went to Midas and had a complete vehicle inspection ... not as bad as Mango told me, max maybe $750... Mango is not a trustworthy shop.
