Mike checked me in on time with no issues. Were kept updated and all was good. We are new to ABQ, had a bad time with the service department at a local dealer. We are i ABQ for good and are looking for our go to mechanics. So far we are all in with Mango.

Great and quick service. They were able to diagnose and fix my issue and not overcharge or do more than was needed. If/when I need to take my car in again, it will definitely be at Mango.

I was traveling cross country just days before Christmas in an older model ford ranger when a sudden failure of sorts took place. I was able to drive it do their downtown location where they were able to diagnose and repair the very same day in order to get me back on the road 😁 Very impressive customer service and skill level!

Dropped my car off Wednesday and they didn't look at it until Monday made it seem like they were still working on it when if fact they didn't have enough mechanics and when they called and left a voice mail. ...they left that out of the voice-mail.

I especially liked how attentive Mango employees were with my concerns. They immediately communicated with me once they checked my car as to what problems they encountered. They sent me a text explaining every detail & quotes as to how much it would cost. I like that they're downtown close for me to walk if I needed to. I trust the team at Mango & feel that they're very honest. I definitely will never go back to Galles! It just feels good to know that I'm in good hands at Mango. Thank you, María Leyba

I have had work done here on several vehicles now 98 ford 2002 ford and 2016 VW. Ranging from large jobs to oil changes and bulb replacements. I have always been satisfied with their work but more importantly I am EXTREMELY satisfied with their prices here. Most shops try to gouge you for an insane amount of money which has led me to dislike and distrust most mechanics. These guys do it right and they are fair. The only shop I will trust and use on my vehicles.

I was having difficulty finding a shop to replace my headlights for a reasonable cost. My Mazda has adaptive headlights, and shops were quoting over $500! I bought the bulbs online and several shops wouldn't install them. They would only install bulbs they provided which would cost me over 4x as much per bulb. Mango Automotive was willing to use the bulbs I had purchased and install them for much less. It took them almost 2 hours, but they only charged me a little over 1 hour labor because that's what they had quoted me. I am so relieved to have that important task taken care of without breaking the bank. I had a comfortable wait in their spacious, well-appointed waiting room. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

The folks at Mango have always been polite, but the last time we took our car in there they quoted us almost double for parts and labor. When I asked them why there were charging so much, they said something about how their system sometimes spits out incorrect numbers and they changed the prices for me (it was still overpriced, in my opinion). If I hadn't asked, would they have just charged me and let me way overpay? I don't know, but if you take your vehicle here be sure to double check the prices they quote you.

I was in Albuquerque for business , when my pickup lost all oil pressure at 80mph. I had it towed to Mango expecting the absolute worst case scenario. Marissa ( who is absolutely amazing ) met me in the parking lot and was waiting my arrival. Marissa stated she would have her service tech look at the oil cooler lines first, because she had an identical problem with the same year and model as my truck the previous week. Well it turns out she was right! If you want automotive work done with honesty and integrity and not trying to over charge you then go see Marissa at Mango Automotive!!

I wouldn't trust them. I went in and got a diagnosis and they tried to burn me stating my head gasket was blown quoting me 17k turns out nothing was wrong withy car

The team greeted me kindly and professionally, discussed my situation, kept me updated, and had my vehicle ready when they said it would be, at the cost they stated at the outset. I am more than pleased with the service I received. UPDATE: After driving around for a couple weeks, I took my truck back to have them check that things were indeed in working order. Mike, the main mechanic as I understand, looked under the hood with me, answered my questions, and listened to my concerns. Nate, the tech, came out, topped off some fluids that had, essentially, settled, answered my questions with a little more depth, and sent me on my way. It took 30 minutes, without an appointment; they seemed genuinely happy to do it. I will definitely be back.

This place is great. A real person answers the phone. Her name is Marissa. I was given a reasonable estimate to fix my problem within a fast timeline. This place does good work. They do ehat they promise, they communicate and are just decent. Highly recommend them🙏🏾

I went in because I was told my starter didn't work. When they tested they said it was the battery and was going to be $300 for a new one. I had a warranty for the battery, so I picked up and brought it back. Apparently there's a $34 installation fee for the battery 😲 and then charged me $70 to test the car. So, I paid $108 to change a battery and test the electronics. Which is crazy because AutoZone and O'Reilly's test that for free. I went here also in the past year, and they supposedly fixed my radiator and put in a new one. Then a month or so later my radiator was leaking, and they were trying to charge me for that. They realized that they were supposed to fix the last time, so didn't charge me. Still weird to think that they charge people for work they haven't done. Overall the staff is pretty friendly, but the female receptionist was a little rude over the phone.

I went to Mango for the first time this week and had a good experience. They did what I asked (thorough check of the car) and fixed what needed to be fixed. Marissa texted me with updates and responded to my texts promptly. I plan on using Mango as my regular car maintenance and repair place.

If it hadn't been for their thorough safety inspection, we would've been driving through the mountains with no brakes. They were able to squeeze us in and get us on our way the very same day! Wonderful place with wonderful customer service and we truly appreciate them!
