I took my car to these guys in Aug for them to disable my anti-theft system not only did they not disable my system but it’s now December and I still don’t have my car it’s business like these that make it hard for honest hard working mechanics I will never bring it back here ever

Husband broke down months ago on his way home from our son’s appointment 4 hours away. This was the closest auto body shop, so it was brought here. They replaced the transmission but it was faulty. They told us to bring it in to fix it, but it was unable to be driven. They suggested a tow that was going to cost us hundreds more on top of what the original cost of the transmission was for. Here we are a few months later and $4,000 more down the tank due to it causing more issues to our car in the first place.

My best experience for auto repair shops. I prefer it because it is a buisiness owned and operated by a neighbor rather than a corperation. Thanks for making transportation to and from work possible for me.

I was on the interstate for 6 hours before bringing my car in for an oil leak. It needed a new vacuum pump. The pump was replaced and then 2 hours up the road I broke down again due to overheating. While replacing the vacuum pump the mechanic doing the work removed a bolt from my thermostat housing and never put it back. That bolt passed through a water jacket. The thermostat never should have been touched. I'll admit the thermostat is directly behind the vacuum pump so they are VERY close together.... But I drove for 6 hours without losing any coolant and then after I left there I magically had a coolant leak? I don't think so. I also did not have a broken PCV before letting them work on my car. I did have a broken PCV when the car got to the second mechanic a couple hours up the road. They refuse to reimburse me for the second mechanic bill even though their own negligence created the problem in the first place. Had my vacuum pump been properly replaced I never would have broken down the second time. "It's not on our invoice so we didn't touch it." Is what they told me. Just because it's not on the invoice doesn't mean someone didn't unintentionally remove the wrong bolt or accidentally break a valve. Dishonest people who will break your property and not own up to it. If I could rate them lower than one star I would.

Paul super friendly which is why this rating isn’t a 1, however after spending $700 and the vehicle having been brought back 3 times for it to sit for 2 months and never being able to fix the problem on top of causing more complications it’s only right to leave an honest assessment.
