I went to check my car. Service was polite and kind, one tip always ask if they charge fee for diagnostics because as I learned some places do not charge, however some place do charge. The service was fast the place is clean they have chairs for you to wait or you can go for a walk or do something else while waiting. Front desk has excellent customer service make sure to ask questions.

I have a handbook of complaints I could write about the laziness and incompetence I experienced working with this shop, but I'm going to leave it short and sweet. When I got my car towed back, they sent it to me totally dead with both windows rolled down in the middle of a snow storm.

I needed help with a flat tire in a pinch. I called Maple Garage on a whim, within ten minutes they were working on my car and I was back on the road 20 minutes later. They had patched my tire free of charge. I told them I would be back and I meant it! Thank you Matt and team.

Best mechanics in Denver. There is no better place to go in for mechanical work and tires. Maple Garage has the most detailed and thorough work I have ever experienced from a repair shop. I needed a slew of prepurchase inspections and I was confident I was going to get personalized evaluations and good advice. Matt was intelligent and knowledgeable. He was just as determined as I was to get the right car. They do their best to get you scheduled quickly at your convenience. These guys are professional, trustworthy and friendly. It was a pleasure during a stressful time. They have 5 star ratings and a great reputation for a reason.

I have a PHEV and it was due for an oil charge (who knew?). I called around, starting with the mobile services, based on their claims to be less expensive because they didn't have the shop overhead. The price still seemed kind of high to me. Then I noticed among the hits was a small independent garage two blocks from where I live, Maple Garage, so I called and inquired with them. I was quoted a price $35 cheaper than the lowest I had received so far, and I couldn't beat the convenience. They said they could get it in the next day, so I dropped my car off at about 8:15 and by 10:30 it was ready. They even rotated my tires. I'll be going back here for all my scheduled maintenance, and whatever what might come up in between.

Matt and his team of mechanics are the absolute best in Denver! This team is very thorough making sure everything is running how it should be. Most places will just give you the price and a time to pick up your car (which it’s never finished in time) at maple garage they explain what’s wrong with your car and explain every step keeping you notified along with the process of getting your car running great again. The big dealerships around metro denver never talk to you with respect and you can’t find appointments for weeks out, Maple garage is the complete opposite with their friendly faces and quick appointments!

This will forever be my go to place for my car. The workers do high quality work and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is well taken care of. I've been here multiple times and always leave happy. Good shops that won't up charge you or take advantage are hard to find but this shop stands out amongst the rest. Thank you so much!!

They changed my oil just fine but told me I had less than 3mm on my brake pads and quoted me >$1300 to replace the pads and rotors. I went to another shop and they showed me that I had around 6mm left on all my brake pads. Don't trust this place to do inspections.

Fixed a tire on my tesla within 24 hours of calling when the dealership didn't have any openings for almost a month! I'm so grateful that they could help me on such short notice and got me in and out in 15 minutes. Staff was super friendly and professional. Only complaint is that this rating system only allows five stars. Absolutely will be back!

Had a slow leak in my tire. They squeezed me in on a busy day and had me in/out in 20 minutes. They didn’t even charge me since it was so quick. I will definitely be returning for any future car service needs I have.

First time going here to get a nail patched in my tire. I was told the nail wasn’t patchable by another place and that ALL my tires had to be replaced. Came here for a second opinion, in less than 10 minutes the nail was patched. The staff was super nice. 10/10 trustworthy and highly recommend going here for any car issues!

Jesse and his team were so helpful and supportive when I needed fast, day-of repairs for my vehicle. I am new to the area and they were very non-judgemental about the condition of my vehicle and lack of car knowledge. They explained everything very well and helped me be sure I was making the best decisions about repairs for my car, all while staying within my budget. I didn't feel pressured to do anything I wasn't sure was necessary, but did feel like I got good advice to keep my car running safely. I will surely use their services again when needed!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the brakes done. Christian Brothers told me almost a year ago that there were 4 mm left on the front calipers. Maple told me I had 7mm left on all four. Someone is lying and I have a feeling it was the one who thought they were going to get me for an $800 brake job. I came away spending not near as much as I thought I was going to have to. This makes me very happy.

Jesse and his team are great! I had a warning light pop up on my car and he was able to fit me in last minute to quickly diagnose the issue and fixed the issue in just 15 mins at no cost. I’m getting my alignment and oil change done there tomorrow just because of how patient Jesse was with me when I asked lots of other questions about my car, how accommodating they were to fit me in, and how cared for they made me feel even though I didn’t end up needing more than just some air in my tires and it was a free visit. Will definitely be back!

My truck started leaking brake fluid and the brake light was flashing, I was so nervous to bring it somewhere because my truck is my baby. Jesse and the entire team at Maple Garage took care of everything so quickly and easily, they showed me I had nothing to be nervous about! Jesse and the entire team were kind and courteous as well as very thorough. They fixed my truck in only 4 hours. I appreciated that they added the inspection fee towards the total charge. One of my favorite garage's to have ever taken my vehicle to. Not only was Matt and his team always just a phone call away when I had a question or needed to make a quick appointment but they are incredibly honest, helpful, and prideful in the work they do. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here, this shop is a must and you and your vehicle will be so stoked that you did.

I’ve been coming here for oil changes and the service is always amazing. When my car broke down Jesse made sure to help me out right away and fixed my car entirely for a good price. Every-time I come in I hope he’s there because he’s genuinely such a good person and him and the crew are probably the only ones who actually care about their customers in denver. 100% recommend getting your car seen here.

TLDR; shop forgot to tighten my oil drain plug, performed a service I didn't want, and questioned my integrity to my face to where I wouldn't be comfortable returning. I had a disappointing experience at Maple Garage. I took my car in for a tire balance and was unexpectedly told I received a "free" oil change because they mistakenly drained my oil. This was frustrating since I had just changed my oil using high-quality Mobil1 full synthetic oil with a BG oil stabilizer. When I requested compensation for the $26 can of additive I had just used , the employee questioned my integrity, repeating "how would I even know if you're telling the truth." When he finally gave me a new can of additive, he still acted as if I was ripping him off. I never received any apology or compensation for having my brand-new expensive oil drained and my car filled with cheaper oil. Despite this, I decided not to leave a negative review until I discovered a significant oil puddle under my car. Dreading trying to convince a business who doesn't trust their customers that my car didn't have a leak before visiting them and had a pretty bad leak now (we know how that would've gone), I got under the car and found the issue. They forgot to tighten the oil drain plug; I could spin it with my fingers. There is a good chance I would've had full engine failure if this plug came the rest of the way loose. This series of mistakes, combined with their dismissive attitude and failure to acknowledge their errors, made it the worst mechanic experience I've ever had.
