Why did I choose Mario's Auto Repair? This is an easy answer: the Kia Dealership Service Center is not honest and overcharges. Mario is up front, genuine, and local. Why choose Mario over the Kia Dealership Service Center? The Dealership is not honest, overcharge, and uses the wrong oil. My Optima needs 5W20 and my two Niro's needs 0W16. The dealership used 5W30 in my Optima and 0W20 in my Niro. I explained that the wrong oil was used, and they told me it doesn't matter. The only thing that mattered was that the service was logged in their computer. Obviously I was angry at the Dealership's response. I complained to Kia Corporate, nothing happened. Kia didn't care. Matter of fact, the Dealership then tried to sell me a new car and trade in my other cars. Are they nuts? That not customer service. I went to work fuming. I spoke to a co-worker who advised I consider Mario. My co-worker stated he has been a client with Mario for decades with all of his cars and only trusts Mario to touch his cars. My co-worker avoids the dealerships because they lied to him too. Therefore, Mario is the sole servicer of my 3 Kia's. I called Mario in July 2024, and explained the dealership issue. Mario said come over and the rest is history. Mario is a real dude who cares about his clients and is a car whisperer. He knows his stuff and uses the correct oil per the engines specifications.

As always great service from a great team! Never a let down. I called and spoke to the owner Mario himself and discussed work that I wanted done on my car. I needed to order tires for my car which I did. I had them delivered directly to Mario’s. When they arrived I set up my appointment for all the work needed. When I picked up my car everything in detail was explained to me on the performed work. I couldn’t be happier. If you are tired of going to mechanics that never get it right or don’t tell you the truth look no more, Mario’s Auto is the place to go.
