Don't trust this place to give u a decent tire even if it's used. Someone should not have to have it replaced with in a week cuz of a hole on the outside wall. Oh but wait that's what I had to do. Paid these people $60 the next day my car was on the rim took it back after calling and they said they would fix it yeah they fixed it alright plugged it even though ur not supposed to plug a hole on the outside wall then proceed to tell me well sorry I can't do anything about it.

Helped me with my car window. I had done half the work but didn’t have the tools to reach the part I needed to. They told me to pay them what I felt was fair. All the employees are down to earth, kind, and knowledgeable. I would rate them 10 stars

Best place to get tires mounted. I went in to get my tires mounted and it was 20 per tire. Cheapest in my area. They were very friendly and nice. The person who worked on my car (Late 30’s to early 40’s) was fast and efficient. He made sure I was in and out and didn’t try to make me buy anything. This place is seriously the best place to get work on your car.

My go to tire shop, whether you need used or new, you can get it here for an affordable price. They also do oil change or filter change. Very quick service and good customer service. I have never been disappointed with the service here, thanks Mark.

Edit*** Wow. Fake review? So you're saying the tires on my Nissan right now were not purchased and put on at your shop? I personally won't ever go back, but if you're reading this, just know this is how Mark will treat you when things don't go as planned. I wish he gave me good things to say about his business. The truth is, the issue was mostly his attitude and less on what happened. They broke a stud and they fixed it, but during the process Mark had the worst attitude. I stayed quiet to de-escalate the situation but I posted a review after I left. His response? "Fake review". Good luck doing business with this guy lol. Terrible tire shop. They broke one of my studs from over torqueing it, and Mark blamed it on the car being too old (it's a 2017! So if you have a 2017 or older, expect Mark to tell you this when his team breaks a stud and he tries charging you). My tire had no issues being taken off when i pulled in, and they were the last ones to take it off a few days prior. The one employee said to the employee who broke it that he just fixed a stud earlier in the day, which he broke. Mark insisted it broke because it was old even though his employees admit the younger guy breaks them all the time. (They probably didnt realize I could hear them?). None of the other studs broke, and they replaced all four tires. Mark went on to talk about how long he's been doing tires, so the other studs should be fine, even though he wasn't the one who worked on my car. He said he could've charged me 80 dollars for the stud (that his team broke!), but he was being nice and didn't charge me. The stud wasn't broke when I came in when they took it off the first time today or when they took it off a week ago. I would've been very reasonable if it happened the first time they tried to take the tire off but that wasn't the case. When they couldn't pull it off, Mark made the decision to break it without asking me. If you're going to threaten to charge me, then at least ask me if it's okay to break the stud trying to get the nut off before you say you could charge me for this. Then I asked Mark to check the other studs before I left, and he was angry but did it with an attitude. Why didn't another stud break during him checking it if my studs were old and this happens all the time? He then argued with me for about 20 minutes further when all I wanted was to make sure nothing was broke before I left. Terrible hospitality, the guy was practically seeing red because i was concerned for my car. Then, I told him last time I was there, they aired my tire to 45psi but the manufacturer recommended 34psi. He said that's wrong and insisted to do 45. I told him AI said my manufacturer says 33-36psi and he says AI is wrong. The employee finally checks the door, and it says 34psi recommended. Why are they not checking what the manufacturer recommends for air pressure when installing all new tires? They are inexperienced and rude, and there's plenty of other tire shops in Jax. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. What should've been a quick job turned into me standing around all night waiting for them to fix the stud.

I called most every tire and rims place near Jacksonville looking for a set of steel rims, plus one for a spare, to fit my Ram 2500. Mark had exactly what I needed for a very fair price. Call him, go there, you won't be disappointed.

I literally go here for all my tires and I have even had my brakes done here prices are very decent and Mark has always been willing to work with me if I didn't have enough he's a awesome guy I love this place I recommend him to all my friends with cars.

Went on a beautiful Saturday. They were CRANKIN. Busy. I arrived 4th in line, got pointed to the one in charge and they got right to the point “what do you need?” Didn’t want to take time from the customers they were already serving. 10 stars *chefs kiss* Got my 2 front tires and an oil change in under an hour for a reasonable price. Recommend A+ service, speed, and helpful to introverts who don’t want to make small talk! Edit: this was my first experience here 2nd edit: I had an issue 2 months later and still was given A+ service and the issue was solved without question. Recommend to all. Also se habla espanol
