Patrick is that guy. I came to this place to see how much it would cost for a repair on my 2022 chevy blazer. My truck had paint missing from following to close behind other vehicles. Patrick went all out of his way to get this fixed. He put touch up paint on all the scratches and you can not see them anymore. Thanks so much. I would recommend this bodyshop to anyone.

Don’t go here! If you do then you better check your car. Lucky for me I already had pictures of the car prior to bringing it here but they handed me my car back damaged and tore apart with paint drips, bubbles and weird scuffs in the paint that I now have to take to another body shop to have repaired (which they will be paying for) I DEALT with these guys for a year now and after the 4th time of tryna buff the paint out the Carl guy took chemicals n a buffing tool across my entire paint which put some weird swirls I also got pictures of. I finally got the swirls out but the paint was never fixed. Just to be told yes that paint does need redone according to the other guy. I am the most patient person out here and hate these people literally for testing my patience so much! Then Carl tried to bully me and lie like the paint is supposed to look like trash lol oh he’s funny. It’s supposed to be smooth paint like it was before the guy hit me on the freeway. I’m so disappointed and now I have to contact an attorney because I’m not gonna allow these guys to destroy my car and get away with it. Go to Byers. That’s where I should have been in the first place but I wanted to try a closer location. These guys suck and tear your stuff up charging 4k to not even do the job right 👏 and the first time. Byers was so good to me buying my car there and fixing a time someone nicked my car. I appreciate Byers so much but these guys all wearing glasses can’t even see obviously because the car is trash. Sad more time I got to waste because their garbage services!

Stopped in Columbus for the night while traveling. While parked at Marriott in Easton Town Center, truck drivers side window frame was bent and window had been smashed into pieces. This place replaced my window and had us back on the road within an hour. Will still need body work when I get home, but they went above and beyond to help us “out of towners”. Never been treated as nice as Carl treated us. Makes me want to come back and buy vehicles from this dealership.

As a result of body, paint, and repairs M.W. did for me 30 months ago, I am returning for more upgrades and body maintenance on my 2007 Buick Lucerne. They've helped me keep it looking new..and at very affordable job quotes! I've shopped around, they're the best!

I only gave this body shop one star in order to leave a review because it does not even deserve that. They need to be removed from the All State customer preferred list immediately. Their first attempt was a total rush job. The painters didn't even wash the debris off or do the proper prep work prior to painting my vehicle. The color was way off with all types of bubbles. Plenty of scratches were left. The front bumper was not even aligned right. The driver side door was not placed on correctly. The second attempt was even worse because the corrections were not completed and they were so unprofessional. A pre and post test was not done to check the codes my car was giving after the accident. The corrections were not made. The service managers did not even check the re work and they admitted it. Customer service was horrible!! Mark Whalberg would not be proud of this work. Shame on you fellas for trying to make me take my vehicle home without the body work being completed correctly and without completing the proper safety precautions...so not cool. I had to have my vehicle sent Dave Gill Chevrolet where customer safety and satisfaction is their number one priority! Dave Gill Cheverolet could definitely teach this establishment a thing or two. Best of luck to anyone who takes their vehicle here!

On 06/12/22 I was involved in an accident. Every shop I called couldn't get me in before August 24 but Mark Wahlberg was able to get my Tahoe in on 06/15/22 just days after my accident. The work was also done fairly quickly. I was able to pick up my Tahoe on 7/1/22. From start to finish, Michael Blankenburg and his team were professional, friendly, and all-around pleasant to do business with. He and his team made a bad situation as seemless and easy as possible.

This is hands down the best body shop in Columbus. Mike Blankenburg (the manager) was very professional and kept me updated on the repairs. The car came back looking like it came off the showroom floor again. Fantastic work 10/10
