Everybody at this location has been super helpful and courteous. I trust and feel the most safe taking my vehicle here. Ted is my main guy. He is very knowledgeable, personable, patient, and is an overall outstanding associate to work with. He’s been doing this for quite sometime, but I’ve been working with him since I moved to Columbus 4yrs ago with my 1st car.

My 2015 Corvette Stingray has been here for service 3 times & I was taken care of by Ryan in the service center each time. I am beyond pleased with each of my experiences here & Ryan was an awesome service advisor. I've had many prior experiences with various cars I've owned at independent shops and dealerships - this has been by far the best I've had overall. If you're a corvette owner, forget the corvette specific shops and just go here. They saved me a bunch of time and BS. Thank you Ryan, I will not take this vehicle anywhere else for service. The car is running excellently and I'm a happy driver.

Great dealership, great people! Ty Carrothers was my salesman, and he was courteous and attentive. He made the buying process very easy. The whole staff at Wahlberg was incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend MW if you are in the market for a new or used car.

It sick really bad they told me I would have to put nothing down jus pay full coverage and I wouldn't need a cosigner then when I get there it's a totally different story I need a cosigner and I need a band down smh they are liars

Bought two trucks from these guys both have transmission issues within the first 8 months. One had transmission issue within the first 90 days, and still on going.Sold us an F 250 with the DEF deleted and claimed they didn’t know. Service department takes forever and never call you when they claim they will. Overall pretty poorly managed operation. Definitely don’t recommend buying from here.

Had the worst experience ever took my GMC for a sensor repair that took 3 weeks because the sensor was painted the wrong color so had to wait and then when I’m getting my car back I get it with grass in the front and inside the radiator which did ask to clean it and when I get a call that’s it’s clean and check it out there’s still grass inside the radiator had to wait another day to get it clean not to mention that there was rocks inside and even worst that I didn’t mention they had to jump start my car because it was dead! And today after 3 longs weeks of waiting for my car to get fix today i the second day and my car won’t turn on this is ridiculous now I have to wait for Monday to see who’s going to take responsibility for this I’m paying hundreds to have my car get it “professionally” for now for me to have to jump start my car it’s a ridiculous

I had service on my truck, and it took a few days, though I was told it would only take one business day. I had to begin to call and inquire. They did a good job fixing everything.

Took my 2018 Chevy Colorado in to be checked out and diagnosed. It spent about 9 sitting while I was on vacation. Had it towed in after hours and stopped the next day to tell them what happened. They said to give them a day or two. I called every other day and got the same excuse. We are really short handed but for sure on Saturday. On day 10 I went with another tow to move it elsewhere. They had it 10 days and nothing. Gave me my keys and pointed and said that it was way over there. I may have bought this truck there but they just lost any future business. The repair shop that I took it to next had the issue pinpointed within 24 hours. Parts were ordered and repair completed promptly. And this is a very busy shop. Don’t waste your time at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet.

The sales department sold me a used truck on the lot, sales and financing did their part just fine, the title department was a horrible nightmare because I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state. They issued me a 45 day temporary paper tag, I’m on day 40 and still have not received my title so I can tag it. I use my vehicles commercially and have not been able to use the truck for what I purchased it for because these people drag their feet and will not issue you another paper tag for when it expires. If anyone has MARK WAHLBERG’S contact information that would be great. He needs to know how unwell his folks handle service after the sale.

I use to like Wahlberg but they do not let you transfer oil changes that are bought ahead when you purchase a vehicle. Buyer beware. Don't purchase services ahead. They won't let you transfer them and they don't refund your money. I am out $300.

If you’re black and need your car serviced do not go to Mark Wahlberg on Dublin Granville rd. I took my car in on a recalll and the service was not done properly. I have called to be told they’ll return my call but no calls returned all week. They wasn’t very professional when I initially brought the car in and now I’m being totallly ignored. I’m going to report my concerns to Federal trade commission. I will be posting my actions as I move forward to resolve this issue.

This place told me it would cost$6200 to fix my truck. They said the frame was extremely rusted and I would need a new gas tank and fuel lines. I just got my truck fixed for a little over$1000. They are over priced and just want everyone 5o trade in and finance another vehical. I will never bring my truck h here. Oh, and there is not as much rust that they said. No welders needed!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership! I set up a appointment a week in advance. Then when I got there they told me I didn't have an actual appointment and that they would need my car for multiple days and couldn't confirm when It would be looked at. This place is one of the most unorganized dealerships. The customer service was also awful. I tried to work with the service people to try and work something out but they wouldn't budge. Overall, wouldn't recommend anyone come here and I certainly won't be coming back. 0/5.
