1st time at this hand wash and the service was great! My car literally looks brand new!! Workers were very nice and patient. The owner is responsive and friendly too. Very satisfied as it’s so hard to find a good hand wash place. Will be going back again! :)

Today was my first day at Markato Hand Carwash and detailing. I could not be more happier with their service. My car looked horrible inside and now it looks like a brand new car. Every person that worked there was friendly, caring and respectful. Customer service was 100% on point. I will be recommending them to everyone that I know. Job well done to the entire staff👏🏽👏🏽

Just picked up my car after finally caving and paying someone else to clean the dust from Burning Man off. My Subaru was used as a utility vehicle so it was Intense. They did such a good job and were so sweet and great to work with. I got a deep clean in the end and the price was great too. I’m sending people here from now on. I forgot my interior was black!

Honestly, this car wash was solid. My car looked so fresh afterward, I was impressed. The staff moved quick, and they definitely knew what they were doing. I loved how they got every little detail no spots left behind, and my rims were sparkling! I mean, I’ve been to a few places that claim to be premium, but this one really delivered without overcharging. Would recommend it if you want your car looking spotless without any hassle if you live in the Bay. I’ll definitely be back.

I called first and they said there was only one car ahead of me, I'd be done in an hour. I got there 15 minutes later and they said the same thing. 90 minutes after I got there they hadn't started on my car. They mumbled apologies and how they were short staffed, but never told me "hey, we're short staffed today, it will be longer than we think".

I went to Markato for the first time today and it was referred to me by my friend. They were AMAZING! I just bought a new car a month ago and so was eager to get my car back to her pristine glory lol. They did a great job! She looked exactly how she did when I drove her off the lot! They were super efficient, my car was ready in a timely manner (an hour) and I drive a small SUV. The team was also very nice and asked me what I wanted done and how I’d like my car to smell. The eucalyptus spray was great! I definitely will be back and their prices are also really good!

Besides the fact that they do a great job on whatever type of wash you choose, the staff is so friendly and welcoming! They offer you water, coffee, or tea while you wait. There were a pair of men who were eating in the waiting area, and although this might come off unprofessional to some, I didn't at all. They were clearly on their lunch break. Well, as soon as I sat down, they offered me some of their food. Which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. They do an exceptional job. You can be sure to leave this place with a squeaky clean car and feeling great knowing that you spent your money in a business that truly cares for their customers!

I did a partial detailed job. They were 1.5 hr. late in finishing. Most of the spot detailing was good, except I returned because the back seat was not cleaned evenly. They redid it, but I didn’t like that I had to pay for it & for washing again.
