I had to bring in my car for an engine oil housing repair. Apparently, the last place I took my car to for an oil change messed up my oil filter and housing, and it was leaking under my car from time to time. I noticed it in my driveway, and I made an appt here to drop it off, and within an hour, they found the issue and explained to me the price and how long they would have my car. Everything was very fair and I'm very satisfied with the work done on my car. Definitely will come here moving forward for my oil changes and any other services needed. Thank you, guys! Highly recommend!!

So glad to have found Marks Auto! Juan was so helpful, and got everything taken care of for me. Service was fast, and prices were reasonable. I don't know much about cars, and I didn't feel like my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of. They even gave me a free loaner car for the day while my car was worked on. I'll definitely be back!

Truly the best! Had issue with my car that put me in a bad spot financially and was crunched for time to get it fixed. They were able to work with me to get everything done that day. Best customer service and I would 1,000% would come back again!

I was completely at a loss when my Toyota 4Runner started having an unusual issue. Not knowing where to turn, I called Mark's Auto, and they were incredibly accommodating. They invited me to bring my vehicle in so they could take a look. One of their experienced technicians took the time to review my concerns and even took my car for a test drive. They quickly pinpointed the problem and explained it to me in a way that made sense, despite my limited knowledge of cars. They provided a clear estimate for the repairs, which I found to be very reasonable and affordable. Although I was initially hesitant, I now understand why so many people trust Mark's Auto for their automotive needs (I've become one of them). Throughout the process, I appreciated their professionalism and hospitality. Their facility is clean, welcoming, and free of any pressure, which made the entire experience even better. I'm truly grateful for the care and service I received.

Once again great service, recently brought my truck in for a couple of issues, Mike helped me understand what the process would be, helped me out with a loaner vehicle for the time being so I could still get to work. Came back in less than two days to my truck running better than ever, I couldn't have chosen a better place to have gone to for service. 10/10. Great first experience! Got a discount mailer yesterday which reminded me I needed an oil change, I was able to simply scan a QR code and schedule for the next day within minutes! Oil change was done fast, & service here is super friendly, personable and professional. Crystal took care of me, she was very engaging and helpful. I love their customer online portal features, very user friendly and convenient. I can see results from my inspection with pictures of the work they recommend and can choose to approve or decline which services I want completed all while waiting for my oil change. Great job, I’ll be back!

I finally found a mechanic I can trust! Crystal did a fantastic job explaining what was wrong with my car and how it would be fixed. I needed brakes replaced. Crystal kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining what they were doing and when. She was very easy to work with. It was easy to schedule an appointment with her. The entire repair was done in one and half hours. I would highly recommend Mark’s!

Love this place. Got my car in asap and did a full checkup on everything I described. Prompt service and a detailed explanation with a smile from Mike. My father recommended going to Marks many years ago, but I never had a real need to. Late last week I had a pretty sizeable issue with my vehicles joins and tire rods. Marks Auto Service really knocked it out the park. Their service was friendly, and the turn around time was less than 24 hours. The amount I needed done I expected to wait a week, and likely would have at any other place. I was wildly happy with both the service and the experience. Pricing was also competitive and they didn't try to passively up-sell work that didn't need to happen, and were very straight forward, not unlike the towing service I used to get there...At any rate, I will be using them as my "go to" mechanic. Thanks again guys! I really appreciate your service.

Fast and professional. Got in for look at small coolant leak. They confirmed with tests and ordered parts which came in 2 days. Work was done at once and all good Appreciate the tech doing the work came out and talked to me about it

Took my vehicle in to get a check engine light looked at. I was able to get right in and Mike got me taken care of. Mike was very helpful and explained everything that was diagnosed with my car thoroughly. I was able to get my car fixed that same day and everything is running as it should. Marks Auto in Woodstock really helped me out and I would highly recommend this shop.

Won't give prices for tires over the phone. Bad business practice. Lost me as a customer. All I needed was the price of tires to purchase and carry out to install at home. You go thru a lot of explanations for a simple question of tire prices. I was comparing prices from different sources and didn't like the fact that I couldn't get a simple answer. Wasn't able to explain my request just a simple not over the phone, bring it in. I understand that there are complications with getting tires on with other issues that could arise, and was accepting the problems myself. Very unprofessional with the phone response I received.
