Mark and his team are wonderful, trustworthy folks! I'm a female and have had other shops attempt to take advantage of me over the years. Not these guys! They have never tried to upsell me on anything. They are honest, which is a true rarity in this crazy world. Carlos is a straight shooter (in a good way!) and is always friendly and accommodating. I will continue to rely and recommend these guys to anyone. You're the absolute best, Point S, and I would be at a loss without your knowledge and expertise. Thank you for all that you do!

A friendly place to get your tires, Oil change, brakes, shocks/ struts, tires rotated, an more. Some things are not pricey,yet they have a fairly decent warranty system in place. Other than taking my car there for at least 3 years if not longer. My oldest sister used to take her car there. And Mark is still there and and they're willing to work with you to a certain point. They also have a thing called the ACIMA a kind of a credit you put so much down after they do the work and then you just pay monthly. I did that. It took me a little over a year. It helped with your credit or credit score or something like that. Anyways, I would recommend them

I have had to have my breaks replaced 4 times within a 3 year span because of “faulty parts” Put in my vehicle by points S. I recently had to have my breaks redone a 5th time by a different mechanic because I don’t trust points S to do a solid job. I understand that occasionally there are mistakes but having to have multiple sets of breaks calipers, rotors and pads replaced yearly because I am driving and loose my breaks entirely is unacceptable! If I could give negative stars I would because this is a safety hazard to myself and everyone else on the road because they fail to do their job correctly. I wish I could say this was a single Points S but it’s not. This was 3 different locations that all messed up. Save yourself the time and money take your car somewhere else

Received 4 new tires from Carlos at Marks Point S Great price and outstanding customer service. His crew is the real A Team. Tires are quiet and provide a nice soft ride.

I arrived and I had Carlos help me who is the new owner. I had a very bad wabble in the steering wheel and Carlos was quick to diagnose the problem. For free. He even recommended another local tire shop as I am on a budget and they didn't have the used ones for me. Thank you Carlos!

All i gotta say, is make sure when they give u a price on something have then write it down and give me a paper or something.. or you gonna end up paying double. This place used be nice to go to, but now literally like the worst costumer service now adays. Rather take your business to discount tire, your never gonna over pay there.
