I have a large family. 7 kids at home. Had to replace the water pump on my wifes' Ford Flex. (Internal engine repair) Which brought us down to 1 car, my truck. After calling several places, they said they could get to it in about 7 days..(which was the soonest) but I could drop my car off anytime.. Ended up actually starting on her car same day. And was finished before the date they were gonna initially start on it. Very pleased with the work they did. Friendly staff, and they called me for any updates that were needed. Parts were shown what was replaced to me. They were upfront with estimate which was cheaper than a few other places. Quite happy with service. Will be using them in future.

I am super grateful to Jamie, Justin and Jordan! I was referred to Martin with a problem with my Volkswagen CC by my regular mechanic. I was continuously replacing headlamps mostly at Walmarts. Martin replaced mine and installed them wearing protective gloves to protect the bulbs. Problem solved! Then I hit a raccoon! My engine lights went on. I took it to a dealership hoping to have both the engine light and body work addressed. The dealership did the bodywork then referred me to a couple Import places for the light. I struggled to even find someone to look at it. I took it back to Jamie and Justin at Martin. Expecting a potentially expensive diagnosis. They listened to me on how the light went on after the raccoon. Jordan got creative and figured it out by blowing a dry ice like smoke thru the system to find the leak. I took it back to the body shop. The replaced it for only the cost of the damaged part. Martin potentially saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars! Thanks guys!

I am glad to finally say I've found my mechanic. While I haven't been to every mechanic in Sheboygan, Martin's are maybe one of the best mechanics I have been to in the 4-5 states I've lived in. They're honest, skilled, and do everything with integrity. That's all that's ever mattered to me. My car and my wife's car had some serious issues with breaks and water damage, which they addressed expertly, and didn't add extra items to make an extra buck. Also they're just good people from start to finish. And I don't usually leave reviews. That's how much I love this place.

Came in with some collision damages from a deer- initially I was just looking for an estimate but they told me to come in and went ahead and took care of me just like that! I am new to the Sheboygan area and away from my father who usually fixes most of my car problems. After many failed phone calls to other places- Martin and his team were able to put my worries at ease and make me feel safe in my car again! Thank you!! Will definitely be back!

Updated. I originally gave 5 stars. I was happy. I thought I was getting great service and honesty. I had all my brakes replaced- some oil changes too- all seemed fair and reasonable. After my brakes were replaced I noticed they squeaked. Martin had me bring my vehicle back to fix the squeak to no avail. Over the course of a few months I tried ignoring the high pitch ear piercing squeak- but couldn’t. They had me bring it in again and said if they can’t make the squeak go away it might be defective pads that would need to be switched out. Again, they sent me away saying they think they got it but yet again within a day the squeak was back. At that point I didn’t even want to bother anymore but was concerned that if they were defective they should be switched out. So I yet again, by this time so frustrated, brought my vehicle back for them to see why there’s the squeak. At this time my check engine light was on. They asked if I wanted to know what that was so I agreed. They said yes they would be charging me to read the codes and I agreed. At this point they had looked at my brakes so many times (even though they still squeaked) I felt paying was fine. They had me drop my vehicle off first thing in the morning and kept it all day. Only for them to inform me that the codes my check engine light was signaling was sooo bad, 12+hours in labor just to figure out what timing was off, thousands of dollars not including parts. But that they wouldn’t do the work, I’d have to go to the dealership to get the work done. So I paid $100 for them to read the codes. They said the problem was so bad I should just get rid of the vehicle asap, that it was so dangerous of an issue and it would no way pass emissions. Not only did I have the gut wrenching news of how bad my vehicle was- having to contemplate the expense either of buying or fixing, the brakes still squeak. So I call the dealership, they agreed to talk to Martin to see what the codes were and give me a ballpark idea of what the fix would cost. But no conversations were had. The dealership did call Martin but Martin didn’t care to get ahold of the person who left the message. I called Martin and asked since I paid them to read the codes could they at least give me something to work with. He said I’d have to pay the dealer to get their estimate and that this is how it works. So that I was just out the money with nothing to gain from the info. Update, today my van drives just fine. I’ve driven to Minneapolis, Chicago and Madison multiple times. I passed emissions with no problem. When you hear a high pitch ear piercing brakes when you are out driving, that’s me. Brakes still squeak. And Martin power tightened the bolts on for an oil change- which I was informed is not how it’s supposed to be tightened. They are supposed to be hand tightened. Martin, thank you for stressing out a single mom, charging for nothing and making me feel like I’m losing my mind every time I hear these damn brakes. Next time I will just have auto zone run my codes for free.

We have been looking for an honest mechanic, well our search is over! Not only is Martin's honest but they are quick and very reasonable! We were quoted a MUCH higher price at the dealer and not to mention some things that didnt need to be done. Justin, the parts manager, was fabulous with communication and Jordan the mechanic was fast and reliable. Thanks for a job well done!! We will be telling our friends and family members to trust Martins when they need work done.

Would recommend. I made several calls to tire repair shops trying to get in for tire repair ASAP and no openings were available. When I called Matin's the gentleman who answered the phone said to head over and he would fit me in to the schedule. They repaired my tire right away. The are very friendly, service great and the price was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend them

Called the shop with an issue that I needed fixed on my vehicle. Jamie was so kind and willing to do whatever he could to help, even with having an overly full schedule. He guided me to the right direction for another trustworthy shop that may be able to assist same day. Because of Jamie and his referral, I’m back on the road a few hours later! Thank you Jamie!!

It seemed as though I had an oil leak, and I imagined repair would be expensive. Turned out they think I drove over something that squirted oil into my wheel well. Mechanic cleaned it up, and no more dripping oil. Expensive? No. This service was done free of charge. Now that’s the kind of business I can support!

Very approachable and friendly experience. My car's issue was resolved. I was kept updated for the entire experience with time frames which made my experience very convenient. The cost of my repair was even cheaper than i expected. They have someone knowledgeable at the front desk that will explain any questions or issue's you may have. Also will offer you a loaner vehicle if needed! 10/10
