I have been a customer of Martin Tire Company for over 25 years and I continue to come back because of the great service and great tires that I receive with every visit (well, except one visit at the Mesa location 2 years ago with my other current vehicle that I own, but that's another story). This visit was no exception. I had made an appointment and my newest vehicle was promptly serviced. After my new Firestone Weathergrip tires were mounted, it was suggested that I also get my wheels aligned as the tire techs noticed uneven wear on what I can only assume were the tires that came with my vehicle. The gentleman at the counter and I had the same idea of it being better to address the alignment (although to be honest, my vehicle wasn't pulling at all) due to the fact that I was investing $1,200+ on brand new tires. Everyone at the store was so friendly and professional and I had my newer vehicle back to me. As expected, my vehicle drives even better than it did before with the tires being brand new, perfectly balanced, and the alignment being adjusted. There were also instructions on my receipt to get my lugs retorqued after driving 25-100 miles, which I did at the store closer to my domicile, and I got just as great, fast, and accurate service there as well. Bravo, Martin Tire. Thank you for all you've done to help me out time and time again over these past 25 years, and I hope to continue to visit your various locations around our beautiful city.

As always, Very professional service. New brakes and rotors as expected. Completed work in a few hours. Always provide advice on maintaining vehicle and possible timelines for future maintenance. I am always impressed with the employees at this location and their professionalism. Went again today, 6 December 2022, to have heat shield checked, shocks replaced (parts under warranty) and alignment. As stated in previous review Very Professional!!! Outstanding service!! Returned again October 2023. Hose broke all coolant leaked out over time and I did not realize till car overheated.. took to Martin tires where issue was diagnosed and repaired. The team at this Martin Tire location are always very professional! Outstanding Service!!! And Service remains Top Notch!! Returned for an oil change today 4 March 2024, Jesus and the team remain very professional! Returned today as a walk in around noon 20 April 2024 for vibration in wheel over 60mph and rubbing when turning right @15-20mph. The team at Martin Tires quickly diagnosed balanced and aligned vehicle…No more vibration on wheel nor rub when turning right! The team of professionals continue to impress with top notch customer care!!! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Martin Tires for all work necessary. From the moment I arrived they were so attentive when I explained the problems I had with my vehicle. They did a complete inspection on my vehicle and not only did they point out the issues it had but also showed me pictures to back up their findings. Repairs were estimated to take over 2 hours and they provided a shuttle to take me home and bring me back. Martin tire made me feel like a valued customer.

Awesome job on changing the oil on my car. The Martin tire team was professional very friendly. I was given a time frame of when the car would be ready and they were prompt. I would highly recommend Martin Tire for getting an oil change. Thank you for your great customer service.

I have brought my vehicles here 5 times now and have had nothing but great experiences here.Came here 1/25/23. They got me right in at my scheduled appointment time and gave me a discounted price for being a loyal customer. They did a difficult tuneup, rotation, balance, and front end alignment for $400. Martin Tire is the best. Discount across the street lost my business because of poor customer service.UPDATE-12/7/23. Jeep installed 4 oversized tires,alignment,balance,leveling kit,shave my front fenders.Looks amazing. Great price. UPDATE 9/10/24 Rotation ,balance,install wheel spacers on my Ram.Got me in and out quick for $80. Great work. That’s why we keep coming back!! 11/12/24 installed front rotors and pads on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Great job. Thanks guys

Although the employees were helpful when I needed new tires, they always leave their oily handprints in my vehicle! This is the second time I have been here that this has happened. I will return, but they should really be cognizant of not leaving their customers' vehicles like that.

Wry poor service and no follow thru on customer service. Went in for a flat tire fix, came out with none of my tire monitors working, and a dash warning that the tire monitor needed to be serviced. Upon reaching out in a customer survey, I was told I would be contacted by management to rectify the issue. No one called and upon calling I was told there would be a charge to reprogram and possibly fix whatever was causing the issue( something that was not an issue before I took my truck in for service). Seems it’s a way to bring you back in for further repairs and $$$. Seems to be an issue with other customers as well.

All I can is the customer service was amazing Jesus was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and they got everything done faster then the estimated wait time I was in and out within the hour for several things the employees in the back are quick and knowledgeable as well making this one of my best experiences at a tire/mechanic shop by far .
