This shop cannot be trusted. They will give you a price, put the tires on your vehicle and then charge you twice the amount! And the tires aren't even worth the quoted price, let alone three double charge you'll receive! Seriously... WATCH OUT!

Had my TPMS sensors replaced at Martinez tire shop, but they couldn’t program them and still charged me for it. When I asked for the programming fee to be removed, they refused. Disappointed with the lack of honesty and customer care.

These guys seem fairly "nice" but the quality of their work is piss poor! I've bought a few used tires for $90 a piece here and SOMETHING always goes wrong and it's never their fault. Either I hit "something" and bent my rim or the rim is dirty and didn't bead correctly. Always something to get more money out of you and never any service. All I know is since I've done business here I've had MORE problems and spent MORE money than ever before! I'll never go back.

Went to get a patch job done. Got the job done for $25 bcuz i was told I needed to replace the valve. The reason for the low rating is simply because I wasn't fully serviced. I told the young gentleman I had put a can of fix a flat in my tire like it instructed me to do so on the can and he told he couldn't remove it from my tire. I know it's not hard to do so. I've had other shops do it for me in the past while also patching up my tire. So why couldn't he do it for me?

I drove up today because my low tire pressure light wouldn't turn off. The two workers helped me right away and solved the issue. Can't go wrong with Martinez tire :)

Two young men running the place were very professional and helpful. Service I was needing was quick and fairly affordable. If these guys are a representation of the other locations, I'd definitely recommend this company. Waiting office was comfortable and cool.

Dishonest business alert! Don't usually post reviews unless it's something really bad. Went in to get my front tires balanced and the guy tried to tell me I needed a new tire, when I didn't. Then he said he balanced my other tire and charged me 20 dls. Went up to Walmart to confirm since it all felt a little fishy and sure enough guy lied and didn't even balance the other one. Dishonest employee was about 5.7, short hair, lots of jewelry on, about 24-29 years old.

Extremely slow service, the guy that was helping me looked injured and paused every other step to take a breath. Also, when I arrived he ignored me like a was a ghost. I wouldn’t return to this business.

This place really helped me out with my tire that had a blowout! Service was super fast, and tire was an excellent condition. I got a temporary user tire and I’ll be coming back to replace it for a permanent one. Thank you so much for the fast and great service.

Someone had hit my front passenger head lamp/light and busted it. Ricardo was very professional and installed my new head lamp/light for a very affordable price. Wow I asked him to change my battery and three spark plugs they wanted $165 I was asked to pay $75 at other place for a full tune up I just take all my parts $165 to change my battery that I can do myself the spark plugs is where I needed help very disappointed The guy called the owner maybe he changed the price don't know oh well never coming to this place again
