I called and the man who answered the phone was trying to give me a crazy price for a new tire . I told him no thank you and he yelled asking why did I even call . Never will I call or go again .

Bad customer service gets mad because I asked about the prices on d tires when another customer dint know what to do I gave em advice because I worked at tire shops before so he got offended other then that I wouldn't go there 9711 Jensen Dr is the place to go if u want some good customer service and good quality tire including mounting and balance and 30 day warranty I will never come back to this place

If i could give negative stars, i would. They will not allow me to pay for my son's tire over the phone. Even though my son is stranded there. I offered to send pictures of my ID and credit and debit card for a $50 tire and they will not accept it. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called, I had to message them several times and ask them to call me. The owner wasn't helpful at all because he would afraid to lose $50 and doesn't realize that one purchase of a $50 tire and making the customer happy is way better word of mouth for business than denying someone help in a bad situation. Terrible way to do business. He asked several very personal questions which was completely out of line and none of his business. I've never been treated so horribly by a business.

This is a good tire shop to go to . I read the other reviews and can't relate to that kind of service at all. I have been here a total of 4 times to get air in my tire and look for a tire. They didn't have my tire for my Ford F 150 but they do have a bunch of tires there and they are reasonably priced. When I went there one day I didn't have the cash to pay for air and they don't accept credit cards which is understandable for a dollar air but the younger worker put air for free after asking his boss. Those are things to take into consideration when air isn't free. I did come back to give him a dollar when I visited again but he didn't have to do that for me. And I did see the workers interacting with other customers and they did it in a professional manor. Even though it's location is not the best they are doing a great job.

Stop there because of air leak on 1 of my trailer tires end up getting a plug put on instead of a patch since it was small hole $7.00 removing the rim from the trailer and plugging it ...
