My husband had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. It took them 2 1/2 hours with an appt! They also didn’t have everything completed and weren’t thorough in the paperwork so they had to take the car back. It’s unsettling because who knows what else was missed or not done correctly. We’ll probably have another mechanic check it. Never coming back.

Tried to have tires rotated on my Toyota. Showed up @11:15 for a walk-in appt, shop closes @12:30 according to website (was told 12:00)… I was told they stop taking customers @11am even though they had time and resources to tackle a simple keep maintenance item. I’m having to go to a independent shop to satisfy my vehicle’s maintenance🤷🏼‍♂️ VERY disappointed!

Massey Toyota is a phenomenal car dealership. Located on highway 70 in Kinston, North Carolina their business has great optical illusions. Meaning that it's located in a great spot and you can look at their large selection of cars while you wait for you car to be repaired. I was there as a spectator, but soon became fascinated by a midnight pearl blue Porsche. Omg I have found my new first love. The car was designed to fascinate the driver as you are embraced in luxury. I hope to one day test drive this vehicle, and purchase one in the very near future. The car was simply amazing. Even for those passengers who may have to ride in the back, I believe they would be amazed at the luxury and roominess of this extraordinary vehicle. Although this car is a fantasy, I can see myself happily driving this 2016 vehicle. Massey Toyota you made my day! Not to mention we arrived on time for our appointment, and you got us out in less than 1 hour and a half. Complimentary water and coffee and kind employees. See you soon!
