You can tell a lot about a company by the people they employ. There driver attempted to rear end me after honking numerous times because traffic was not moving to their liking. Then proceeded to cut off multiple vehicles just to get around traffic. On a two lane toll road at that. 0/10 recommend.

Please do not use this company, They are scammers. I run a major trucking company in the DFW area. I called and spoke with the owner of the company. I explained that I needed a tractor towed from Carrollton to the international dealership in McKinney TX. The owner quoted me 650.00. This was at 2:00 pm, he said it would be 60 to 90 min to arrive, and I agreed. The driver showed up 2 1/4 hours later. The driver picked up the unit and left. My mechanic on site that released the unit, received a call from the owner stating that it was going to be to late for his driver to arrive in McKinney, which was very odd. the owner asked if he could just take the unit back to his location and deliver it first thing in the morning. My mechanic agreed, then the next morning we received a call for payment, 100 % ok. the lady stated that the bill was now 1100.00. When we asked why the bill was wrong, she stated that there was a storage charge. we tried to explain what had happened and that this was their doing not ours. The lady became very ugly and rude. We asked to speak with the owner to get this straightened out, but she said he was not there and that he was the one who told her to charge the extra charges. We then waited until Monday to speak with the owner, he came to the phone and told us that the charges would remain on the bill, we asked why that was because it was his idea to do this to help his driver. The owner said you should have asked if there were any charges, We reminded him again that he had requested we let the truck stay at his location to help him out. We had no choice but to pay this ransom to get our truck back. I normally do not write reviews on companies, but I really fill strongly that need to get the word out to anyone who will listen about what a bad company this is. I have also turned them into the State.

These people came to pick up a truck from me and hooked it and said it was going to be $600 from Carrollton to McKinney they gave me a lame excuse that they didn't want their driver to be stuck in traffic late in the afternoon so they told me if I wouldn't mind for the truck to lay over at their location one night and they'll deliver it the next day well that's part of the scam next day they still didn't deliver it until I paid $1,100 got to watch it for these tow trucks and this company in particular out of Dallas Northwest highway and Walnut Hill area that's where they're located at very shiesty no good long story short finally my truck made it over there but they use somebody else to deliver my truck big scam

My insurance arranged for Massey to pick up my vehicle. They never arrived. When I called, they said they could not come because it was in a parking garage even though I assured them that it was NOT and even offered to move it to another area away from the nearby garage.. they just said "sorry we can't help you". They never called to tell me they weren't coming and refused to help me when I did call. I would definitely recommend against using this service

Would not recommend. As a tow truck business, They should be able to except credit card payment by the driver or over the phone. It took the tow truck driver 5 minutes to pull our rig out and then charge $1,900.00. Is this what America has come to....

Horrible driver. You know the kind of driver who has a bigger vehicle and just slowly drifts into your ledger to "merge" even when there is no space, relying on others to just back off for the bigger truck? Yeah, that's this guy on I-35 in the middle of morning traffic. Ironic that the tow truck is the one likely to cause accidents.

I just wanted to say thank you to Massey’s Towing and the driver Chris for helping me out yesterday. I needed a tow from Oak Cliff to Farmers Branch and they were there in no time and also the cheapest I found but professional. Would definitely recommend them!

Call them to jumpstart one of my work vehicles and as a business owner myself would not expect that they would gouge clients so I did not ask how much. Took them 5 minutes to jump start my truck and they charged me $375. Terrible terrible service

Good price for towing and a great services. Did lack a little on the communication side, but to be fair they made it up by giving my driver a ride to the hotel. 10 out 10 will definitely use again. Thanks guys !

I call for two tires swap And I have my own tires and after hours dispatch said I have to buy one tire from them and they do the job I ask how much is it? She said one thousand dollars 🤭 That’s crazy I never come to this shop again

One of the worst experiences I have ever in the truck maintenance. I asked to know how much and the owner asked about $300 and plus for the small cracks shown on the picture. And I say too much and he wanted to charge me for 30 minutes because someone came and looked at it. When I went to take my truck the guy already started it. I have no choice and let them do it. To my surprise the office is full of bibles quotes and the characters of the owner is quite rude and I bet he never read anything from the Bible. Shameful to see this kind of behavior while showing unbelievable disregard to fellow human being.

Very quick service on the towing got to me in 15 minutes. But I don't recommend getting mechanical work done here you might end getting towed somewhere else over all they are decent people, the owner will try to help you out however he can

We had to have a damaged 53' trailer recovered and Sean showed up in a timely manner. The recovery was not easy due to the landing gear being sheared off but,Sean took his time and made sure we safely recovered the trailer and got it to a secure section of our yard. He was kind, curious and patient. Please give that man a raise.

Went to do field service, installing cam bearings in a Cummins head, on the engine. It had spun one, and wasn't usable without line-boring and an oversized bearing. We had a head at the shop ready to go, and they purchased it. That tells me they take no chances on an iffy possible fix of lock-titing a loose bushing. Went back a couple of days later, to cut another Cummins block for shims.

Will never use this company again. They tell you one price . I pay for it, they give me a receipt. Then I look at my credit card statement they charged MORE ! I called there to have this corrected the guy I talked to was very rude. If you need any towing service in DFW area call Hester's they are much much better and they don't try to rip you off.
