Fixed my car the same day charged a very reasonable price did a full car assessment… they were very detailed payment was easy dealt with online… was the easiest shop I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend staff was pleasant and friendly timely and professional

Brought vehicle in for 8am appointment for alignment. They did a great job in a timely manor, also was able to see the before and after which I really enjoyed as most shops do not give. Will definitely be using them again, very nice staff.

Employees are nice. But the pricing doesn’t add up. I know exactly what the part cost ($200). I have a good idea how long the labor should have been (@ $180 hr). They claimed it took their experts 1.5 hrs to find out what was wrong with my car. Then told me they weren’t sure what was wrong and it would be another 3 hours of labor to find out. I declined their vague quote and picked up my car. I fixed it myself with YouTube videos in 45 minutes - lose wire connection didn’t even need a new part. They still charged me $260 to waste my time. It’s really hard to find good honest people right now.

Great shop and great people. Have been doing all my vehicles for many years. Experienced , all in one shop that can handle all of your needs. Professional staff is courteous and knowledgeable. John was very straightforward and knowledgable on the phone when I had questions about my Jeep's parts and pricing. He also fit me in that morning and was able to finish the repair within a few hours. Cute diner to wait at next door. Texted when completed. Fair price and warranty. Very personable and patient when answering questions.

My Key Fobs stopped working. I did as much analysis as possible thinking I was moving closer to a solution but then I ran out of options and had to find a car repair service to fix whatever the problem was. I do not like to use car dealerships anymore after warranty is up and mine was of no value months ago. So selecting a repair shop was the next step. Master Auto Care on 222 N. Dixy Hwy. Jupiter had many good reviews so I dropped it off and crossed my fingers! To my complete amazement they called a few hours later with the answer, the batteries in my key fob where replaced with the wrong number. It was a 3 volt but not the right battery number. Thank you guys so very much for your honesty! Its not often that we find honest relationships in the car repair business. You will get all my vehicles whenever I need service!

I have two vehicles Master Auto Care has taken care of for me, one is a Subaru and the other is a huge 20 year old GMC van. Both my vehicles they have taken great care of for me on numerous occasions. Always honest estimates and attentive staff. I am very grateful for the service they’ve provided. I would recommend this shop to anybody in the area!

After 4 years of service, I hate to change my support. I didn't mind paying the ridiculous prices because Doug's shop had a decent reputation. But now I understand the bad reviews. It's against Florida State Law for a mechanic to charge a customer without written or verbal consent. John, the manager, has always told me I wouldn't pay until he gave me an estimate. Well, John wasn't there when I had to deal with 2 laughably unprofessional women and a rude slackjaw who treated me with uncommon disrespect when I questioned them about a $250 diagnostic charge. These folks only have good attitudes as long as you don't ask them questions. No mechanic charges people just to provide an estimate. It's illegal in most states in the Union. This is either bad business, or Doug and John need to check their people. I asked for an air conditioner fix - $300 in parts, and 3-5 book hours depending on how ethical the shop is. They quoted me 2100. PLUS the 250 - for the privilege of telling me they wanted an additional 3000 for a work I didn't need or ask for on that vehicle. I thought I had found some trustworthy folks. How disappointing.

They were great at working with my F450. They were able to fix an oil leak and a few other issues. They were patient and very competent. Update: I had the crew install an oil and transmission cooler before a long trip to Idaho. I am now returning to FL after 5,000+ miles and there have been no issues. The truck is running great. I would highly recommend this shop.

These guys are great and honest! Just picked up my car from getting serviced. Their inspections are very thorough and explain what needs to be addressed immediately and what needs to be watched before it becomes a bigger issue. This is our 2nd family car we have taken here and I have recommended to my sister and friend and all have a had a great experience. Best shop in Jupiter!!

Keep away from these crooks. Overcharging , taking advantage of customers, and the owner wont return my phone calls. We paid over 1500$ for an alternator and faulty battery. They still never even fixed the issue we brought the vehicle in for which was a draining battery. So they misdiagnosed the issue and over charged us like crazy. I was told the alternator for your car should have been no more than 750/800 tops and I was charged about 1300$. Avoid this place and go somewhere that won’t try and take advantage of you and actually communicate.

Doubled charges on labor and costs. Quoted me on issues that the car never had. Once I took my car in for a second opinion I was told how I was absolutely ripped off and that the following was absolutely no issue.

This shop was recommended to me and based on reviews I gave them a call. Engine light was on and I needed various maintenance. They got me in quick, did a thorough check of the vehicle and had it all fixed up by noon the following day. Awesome! May not be the cheapest place around but trustworthy, quality service and excellent communication have value. ⭐️
