Matteo was amazing. They went above and beyond for me. Parts were delayed so they got me a loaner car without charge. They also looked into a rattle in the back of my car which was unrelated to my front fender bender and they fixed that without charge too. Great service all around, highly recommend.

Great service!! Not pushy and allowed me to fix my vehicle at my pace starting with what was most important. They actually sent a full report of the vehicle with notes, images and videos for all issues that were expressed. I appreciate that!!

I will never go here. Even after I told them I work on my own car they still did sabotage my tires by unbalancing them by taking off the weights of the rims. I noticed the unbalanced shaking immediately after getting my car back form their shop and noticed the weight were missing and I verified my case at another tire shop which re-add them at very low price. I don't have time to argue with Master Care managers/owners but if I was you, I definitely avoid this place

Went to Master car care to replace motor mounts. I was trying to get my insurance to cover repairs due an 18wheeler with tire spikes where they ripped snatched passenger wheel with 90% impact. Helfman Dodge sev. dept. did not replace mounts which I had requested. The engine vibration became max at this time so,Helfman refused responsibility & my insurance was in limbo due to mileage of 9,000. Master Care went out their way to contact my insurance where they conceded to cover 30% regardless miles I added after Helfman missed the mark due to cut corners for monetary gain. Thanks you Master Care

As usual I am completely satisfied with the service on my car at Master Car Care. Had my oil changed and new tires put on. My service rep, Ryan was professional and explained everything necessary. I have been taking my car here for 20 years and even though I moved a bit further away I will continue.

I had my tire light come on again for a 300 mile drive. The tires were six years old, past the safety recommendations. Got new ones, Light Off! Only trusted Master Car Care for the new rack and pinion, and alignment. I know now how to read the DOT tire manufacture dates. I also learned batteries have dates. I now check that I am not sold old tires, and batteries. Both Highlander and Tundra radiators were changed. Highlander's damage from the derecho, punctured a steering fluid filled joint under the driver's side wheel. An emissions fail code was diagnosed and fixed. Two hoses and a brake light had to be replaced. Highlander passed inspection today Highlander has been screeching for years. Many other mechanics, and a dealership could not determine the cause. Numerous other fixes failed to be the cause. Finally, a Master Car Care mechanic, in an instant, hearing the loud screeching, diagnosed, and proved beyond a doubt, the radiator fans were super hot, and the screeching was from their faulty bearings. The fans were replaced, thanks to Master Car Care, before the car overheated, and had engine damage. Thank God, the car shreeked at Master Car Care. The Tundra and Highlander now have new rack and pinions after each have close to 200K miles. They explained findings under each car. Clearly very worn out. They keep me informed with complete inspections, which extend the life of my cars and keep me safe. Both vehicles should last me for years to come! Very happy with services!

Awesome service and I love love their text or email messages informing you of the diagnosis after which you simply approve or deny the service or services....easy peasy. The next notification is "Its done". Also, they now offer Uber rides to get you to your destination so it's not an issue on having a ride to and from work while your vehicle is worked on. It's so effortless and stress-free.

I had a brand new car that ended up in their shop with service and body work less than 2 weeks after I drove it off the lot. They were incredible at working with my insurance company and staying in communication with me the entire time. I knew it would take longer than I would like to get the repairs done, however they finished sooner than quoted which was a nice surprise. I HIGHLY recommend using them for all of your service or collision needs.

Honest shop with honest people, the type of shop that everyone's looks for that's hard to find. I went in thinking I was going to need a lot of front end work and I was ready to purchase all new front end parts and I let them know that. My service writer was Mr.Ted great guy, great personality. He said Mr. Curtis let me check it out I'll give you a call. When he back he said the only thing that's wrong with your truck, is that a loose front end nut. We will tighten it up and give you an alignment and you should be good to go, he was absolutely correct. I've been using these guys for years and they have not steered me wrong yet. Mind you now they are not the cheapest, and they're not the most expensive. Prices are fair they are efficient and will get the work done.

I’ve been using Master Car Care for 20 years. Their service is out-of-this-world great. One time I needed to replace the drivers side outside mirror on a 13year old vehicle. They found the part at the best price possible, did the repair promptly, and even painted it to match my car, for free!
