I came here for a vehicle inspection, after another place down the road told me I would have to wait an hour! They were very quick, professional and courteous - the whole process took about 30 minutes since there was one person in front of me. I will be back!

I’ve been getting my oil changes and inspections here for at least 15 years. Nice guys and never a problem. Nice to have neighborhood service like this.

On July 10, 2024, my Mazda failed inspection; I was told that the On-Board Diagnostic Connector was not functioning. HOWEVER, the dealership said ALL WAS OK. Master Care Lube was at fault, and caused me great inconvenience and ANOTHER INSPECTION, as I would hardly return for yet more mistakes. DON’T GO THERE.

Not sure how this place does business. 9am I get left on hold for 12 min cause I was forgotten about. All I wanted was a price for service on a diesel…vs telling me he wanted my plate number. Like tf. Just tell me. You already had me on hold forever just to pick up the phone and be surprised someone was still there. Whatever. No loss on my end.

Got an oil change for my vehicle here and the service was excellent, courteous, and very professional. Great prices and I received a free car wash (located across the street). Definitely recommend these guys and will be returning for regular maintenance of my vehicle

Ever since I got my car I've been coming to Master Care Lube and I haven't had any problems. I've gotten my oil changes and state inspections here and their prices have been very fair, plus the car wash tokens are appreciated. 👍

Was told it would be 30 minute wait for inspection. Waited 1 hour. Was told I was next. Left to get back to work. They never got to my car. Don't state 30 minutes when in actuality you ment 1.5 hours! Poor service.
