The owner of this auto repair shop is absolutely fantastic! It’s obvious that he cares about his clients and he offers them the best service possible. The shop is clean. The interaction is professional, and the staff are definitely experts.

Didn't get any work done. Came in to see if I could get something reattached to the bottom of my car. I was first greeted immediately with a "we cant do it." In a strong tone. Then someone came out, looked at my part and said "if you go to advanced auto parts and get the pieces we can reattach it". I went and got some. I wasn't sure how many to get, he didn't tell me. I come back and he immediately goes "its not enough, sorry but we can't fix it" The person isn't even trying to help come to any solution with me. I was even willing to go to another store to get more of them but his negative attitude and dismissive tone made me just leave. It felt like he didn't want to help. He's rushing out the door while just saying, "we can't do it, we can't do it" when in reality you could. We just didnt have enough pieces YET. The service here made me really upset. Made me feel like I was stupid for even coming. Obviously I'm not experienced in autocare that's why I came in the first place. If you can go somewhere else I would. There's plenty of places around here that can do better.

Fantastic experience! It is literally the BEST Auto repair shop I’ve visited. He always gets me in, in a timely matter. For a very reasonable price. I highly recommend before you go anywhere else and loose out on money to go here first. The BEST mechanic in Houston, Texas. Master Diagnostics will be the only shop that works on my Honda Pilot from here on out! Pleasant experience and customer service! They need to have 10 stars ⭐️ no less!!!!! Thank you!

Great experience, Ali and staff were very helpful and answered any concerns I may have had. Ali tells it like it is and will keep it honest. He doesn’t try to upsell and have very reasonable price. I have been bringing my vehicles here for couple years now and it’s nice to have a go-to auto care to consult when I’m not as knowledgeable in this area.

I moved here from different state i was having issues with my vehicle took it to an known mechanic shop for my check engine light on they tried to sell me thing la that i didn't need and misdiagnosed my car I came to master diagnostic auto care they were very nice with me i got my car fixed properly with very good reasonable prices and they were very honest. Be careful where you take your car I highly recommend this place

I recently had the opportunity to work with Master Diagnostic when my vehicle check engine light came on and I was unable to service at my local dealership. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, but more importantly, they were fair and honest. They diagnose the problem, gave me several options and and time to consider each. Much appreciated.

Went to get a vehicle inspection Saturday. I had no appointment and just walked in. This was no problem for them, they were professional and fast. I was in and out in no time and did not miss much of my day. Very nice place. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this business because they are honest, fair, and timely. I went to another auto shop and they reviewed my concerns and instead of charging me to fix the problem, they highly recommended I go back to the shop because the other place ripped me off. He could’ve charged me a fix the problem, but he didn’t. They also will beat other written quotes and they stand by their work. Thank you

On Thursday morning, the engine light came on after being serviced at a major facility. I arrived at Diagnostic Auto Care. The manager was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Ali and his partner was able to diagnose my 2006 Lexus. Other mechanics thought I had alternator problem and Ali was able to go in and find the root of my issue which turned out to be a wiring issue. Gave me a great price and me back rolling within a day or two. Great customer service and quality work. He is my go to mechanic for all my vehicles.

Master Diagnostic Auto Care is a great neighborhood mechanic! Both Ali and Mr. T are men that you can trust. They have helped our family quite a bit when we had car trouble with both of our vehicles. They work with car warranty companies to make sure the repairs are done right. I came here because I was having a few issues with my truck. Rear brakes, rear shocks and a front caliper needed to be replaced as well as an alignment. The customer service from a phone call to face to face was excellent. They were able to break everything down for me and explain what needed attention immediately as well as what they suggested be done soon. The prices were more than fair, and I’d say extremely reasonable. Definitely felt like he was looking out for me. I had brought front brakes before going to them, trying to solve the problem myself and he even offered to put them on free at a later date so I could have all new brakes on all 4 wheels. They did all the work in a timely manner, and had it ready for me next day. Awesome customer service for sure. I will definitely be coming back to them for any future needs I may have with any of my vehicles.

Honest hard working mechanics who will not try to sell you products or services you do not need . Should have been going to them a long time ago instead of those other big brand names . Have recommended them to friends and family also fairly priced. Dropped off my vehicle and they followed up to let me know when work was completed . 10/10

This place is fantastic. Super honest people. I came in to have an engine light checked and they took great care of me. Insisted I didn't pay anything for their diagnostic and even recalibrated all my sensors. They do all kinds of repairs if needed. Definitely saving this place! Thanks to Al for his service!

I came in this afternoon after running over a pothole on 529 which popped my tire. They kindly helped change my tire and diagnose it (replace the tire) free of charge, even after I insisted on paying. They will absolutely be getting my business in the future.

I had an oil change done here. The customer service was phenomenal and the prices were reasonable. The mechanics were honest and helped me find the root problem causing my oil leak. I will be a returning customer!!
