This new guy Andres is super quick, excellent services,and very quick and clean at his working station. I came in and ask for oil change and I ask how long would it take and he said 5-10 minutes and he finished in 5 minutes. I highly recommend him and this place.

Bad place to take your car for a oil change. They didn't change my oil I checked the deep stick and the oil was not change .still he kept saying it was. When I asked him to show me the video camera all of a sudden the camera didn't work.

Have been coming to this shop for quite some time. They are very honest. I did my oil change for half what I paid at my previous place. I had them check my transmission oil and, surprisingly, was told that my oil was still good. I recently went to have my brakes checked and was told they were still good and brake fluid good as well. Not once have I been made to spend needlessly. You can't get any better service than that. Totally recommend them for inspections for sticker renewals as well. I have always received professional and courteous service.

The words I would describe this service is quick, efficient, informative and friendly. I have been going to Master Lube for about 5 years now and haven’t had a negative experience with this business. They are extremely welcoming and always happy to help you. I enjoy that I can just drive up and ask for an oil change and receive quick service. I appreciate that they will look into things carefully with your vehicle and inform you of any other changes that possibly need to be done with your car. I also appreciate the honesty of this business; knowing they aren’t out just to take your money !

False advertising. My auto air conditioning was not cooling enough and their banner said they did a/c services. They looked at my car (totally drained the refrigerant), charged me $25 and sent me somewhere else because they did not have the means to service it at that location. Now, the a/c does not cool at all and instead feels like the heater is on. Marcos Velarde

I would not have entered ANY stars but a review requires it. I went for a basic oil change and ended up having the serviceman start messing with my air conditioner's air filter. My car's air conditioning unit WAS the type that would get bone chilling cold. It was awesome. I say WAS because as soon as I left something was hissing and rattling. NOW I have NO air-condioning and the serviceman that I went to talk to was extremely rude and kept talking down to me. Just because I went to change my oil!!! Needless to say now I have to figure out a way to come up with money to fix my air conditioning for my children and I. This is absolutely ridiculous
